前台服務員態度非常不好！冷漠！
寶安大哥倒是很熱情，一直領到房間門口。
另外，早餐太少了，不好吃，340元花的真不舒服。主要是前台那接待跟欠她幾百萬一樣，優越感太強了！沒認清自己的服務態度，吃槍葯了一樣，專門回來評論的！

設施太完善了，大泳池很乾凈，24小時循環水，炎炎夏日有這麼一個泳池，實在是太舒服了。大健身房，桌球桌也都有，很齊全。酒店也比較氣派，服務態度也比較好。
美中不足的是早餐不太豐富，然後到處都鋪了地毯，看出來是用了很高的成本，但是地毯時間長了，清理成本比較高，就不太乾淨。

不滿意的地方:游泳池沒開（孩子就是沖游泳池去的），健身房沒開，所謂家庭房是兩張單人床加一張可以放倒的躺椅。滿意的地方:停車免費 無限次出入，環境還不錯，房間設施齊全。至於服務嘛，沒有感受到
