I really liked the territory - benches, hammocks, huge trees in the garden and mangroves on the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious. I would like to see beer in the minibar, and it would be better to have bottled water - I did not dare to drink bulk. The food is delicious - both breakfast and to order. In the morning, the only meat is sausages. In general, it is a very ordinary hotel, but the territory is beautiful.

Very good resort on Neil Island. Dive centre very good and some amazing dive sites. The food in the Dugong restaurant is at a very high quality . The service we have had from Urmila every evening and breakfast has been first class . Nothing is to much trouble and she has advised us on the best curries which we have enjoyed .

Tranquil resort with a stunning, aesthetically pleasing private beach. Live music during dinner and delicious food enhance the calming vibe. Staff was very supportive, especially the ones from restaurant. Both room and common area were beautiful. tree-lined grounds create a perfect retreat.

Great rooms, warm staff , lovely food. All in all Sea shells is the place to go in Neil island. Don't book any other hotel. They're overpriced and substandard. Sea shells neil offers everything you're looking for in an island stay. Rooms are spacious and clean and the surroundings are aesthetic.

We had lunch and dinner on 11th March and Lunch on 12th March, we got good advice from Appu, Dimple and Rosan to select items from Dugong menu. We really enjoyed the food. Appu and team very polite and explained food preparation process to enable us to understand and order items from their menu.

We visited the Dugong restaurant with family for lunch and it was a pleasant experience overall with food and ambience. Our server Mr Aappu was very friendly and took special care of us as we were with a toddler. Highly recommended to visit if you are on Neil Island.

Good things: nice spacious rooms, excellent breakfast buffet and restaurant. Appu and urmi were really nice to us in our dine in experience in the restaurant. Bad things: beach almost useless, can’t swim there, wifi sucks, connectivity issues in general with jio network.

"Had a wonderful stay with great service and a well-maintained facility. The food was fantastic, and the staff, especially Urmila, were very polite and attentive. Their hospitality was commendable. However, the coffee and milkshakes didn’t meet expectations. Overall, a pleasant experience, and we truly appreciate the team’s efforts."
