I booked a couple of rooms here as a participant of the Fox Cities Marathon, for which the Doubletree was a partner hotel. The hotel was clean with easy parking, and most importantly, very friendly staff! Thank you for making this a great weekend for my family and me.

This was a really nice hotel in the Appleton, Wisconsin area. We were traveling for business and had a couple days off. There’s a ton of stuff walkable to the hotel including restaurants, bars, a lakefront etc. Hotel staff was really nice and let us check in early, which was great because we were worn down from driving. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The Parking lot was well lit and secure and the pool & hot tub area was awesome. We’d definitely be staying here again when traveling through Central Wisconsin.

I stood around the front desk for about 10 minutes trying to find somebody to help us check in. We came in late because of a delayed flight so stand there wasting time was really irritating. We pre-checked in with the digital key but the key didn't work so we didn't have a choice but to stand around and wait. The facility is very dirty, bathtub surround is just crumbling with mold, and all in all the places just wore down with lots of paint chipping and wallpaper peeling.

I try to find the positives in all things. I do hope the entire staff reads this review because really if you take pride in what you do then knowing how the customer feels can only make you better. I’m giving a 4 star (not a 2 or 3) because the bed and pillows were perfect. The front desk staff were all very friendly. Parking perfect. But there was a serious area that needs improving Geeeez ! Now to the ENTIRE STAFF pull your self up by your boot straps, get a bucket, some soapy water, a few scrub brushes and get to work. Go into every room and look for opportunities that need cleaned. The cleaner the property is the more your bussiness will grow. I hope next time I can give a 5 star.

Pool and hot tub clean and relaxing. Nice park across street with music on Thursday farmers market on Friday. River. Clean premise, would stay here again

I originally booked Double Tree by Hilton at Neenah because we were going to attend the airshow at Oshkosh this week. Unfortunately I developed Covid 19 several weeks ago and had a hard time overcoming it. I have had two scripts of anti-biotics to eliminate upper respiratory infections. I tried to seek re-imbursement for our stay, but could not due to policies. I contacted 3 Hilton Honors representatives. I manager from Neenah was supposed to contact me. Never happened. The employee at the front desk, this morning, was courteous and apologized that management had not contacted me. Management dropped a ball. How disappointing.
