Econo Lodge in Needles, CA. I don't know how this motel received good reviews. People please put the truth so we don't end up going to bad budget motels. The room and bathroom look like it has not been cared for in decades. The walls, floors, and furniture need to be cleaned. Just because the place is old and has not been recently renovated doesn't not take away the charm it could have if the owners would just take pride in their property: patch, sand, spot paint, and clean. We arrived so late and tired so we stayed but we couldn't bring ourselves to use the toilet and shower.

Very comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, not too noisy. Good location to restaurant that had been recommended. Would stay there again.

Whole area was very run down and dilapidated Also the pictures of breakfast and breakfast room at hotel are very misleading.

Room was filthy from the floors to the walls to the bathroom, air conditioner only blowed half cold and was constantly running to keep cool. Not to mention nonair flow in bathrooms! Had to wash feet before getting into bed as the floors were extremely dirty! Breakfast is advertised NO breakfast served! Coffee and cereal only. Also if your staying dor a family event was advised no visitors after 7pm.

Check in experience was terrible
Front desk attendant had an awful attitude she was rude and was very loud when informing me about how I needed to provide a $200 credit card deposit to cover damages if any I was told it was a hold and not a charge on credit card however credit card was charged $200 for what I'm not sure because there weren't any damages at check out time
Now I have to file an " Un authorized charge" claim with credit card company
I'LL NEVER BOOK WITH THAT PROPERTY AGAIN
You should let it be known that this property charges a $200 deposit at check in time

Was forced to pay a large deposit for stay although it was just my wife and I. Were told that deposit would be refunded and it wasn't. We reached out via phone and ******* for a refund and got no response.

Quite nice.
Clean. Small. Small room with table and chair, coffee service, but no electrical outlet. Tiny but functional bathroom. Cereal, fruit and coffee available for breakfast.

Overall, the stay was alright. It was a place to rest our head for three nights. When we forst arrived noone was in the office for 30min. I called, yelled and banged on things. Finally, my partner started banging on windows around office. Attendent finally woke up after about 30 min. By this time i was already on phone with Choice Hotels to change hotels. Luckily we did not have to resort to this, it would have been a hastle. Room was alright but could use a deep cleaning. Overall, it was just a place.
