The front desk service was very good. The free upgrade to the 12th floor was quieter. Parking was also convenient. There was an elevator in the parking lot that went directly to the room. There was a Giant supermarket nearby that was very good and the food quality was very good. The hotel is about half an hour's drive from the center of Washington, and the room rate is relatively cheap.

Room was spacious and nice! Check in was also a breeze.
They were very ADA accommodating when I asked. Breakfast is what’s expected and it’s super clean all throughout the hotel!
Very highly recommend!
Only gripe was another guest being super obnoxious between 1am and 5am.

The hotel is clean and well organized.
Breakfast is also delicious, similar to other hotels.
There's a pizza restaurant nearby, which is nice. I had a great day.

Good option when passing through Needles. Hotel is bright. Rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. Breakfast is fine. Staff helpful. I did have an unsettling experience: the coffee maker in the room had water in it from a guest from the past, from the look of it quite awhile ago, and there was a creature slithering inside. These do need to be checked by housekeeping and cleaned!

This hotel is updated and always clean. I stay here every year when I drive through. Staff is wonderful and welcoming. Jacinda was sweet and helpful.
