Just a few minutes to Nazare which has a beautiful beach, shopping and plenty of bars/restaurants. There is a playground for little ones on site and a shallow pool (open in high season) Would definitely stay again, plenty of birdsong and a very friendly resident cat."

"I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service and room we received during our stay at your hotel in Nazaré. We had booked our room on June 23rd, specifically requesting a panoramic view room. However, upon arrival, we were given a room that was not as requested and located beside the lift. The constant noise from the lift was highly disruptive. We requested to change rooms, but were informed that there was no availability unless we were willing to pay a higher price. This was very disappointing, as we should have been informed in advance if the room we booked was unavailable. Being informed at 5 PM on the day of check-in is not acceptable. Furthermore, the room itself was below expectations: - There were no accessible plugs for charging phones, except in the bathroom. - The view from the window faced a neighboring house with laundry hanging, far from the panoramic view we expected. I believe that if a panoramic view room was not available, we should have been notified well before our arrival. This would have allowed us to make alternative arrangements rather than being stuck with a room that did not meet our expectations."

"Good location, friendly staff: i've made a mistake with reservation and forgot to add my kid for 4ppl room reservation, but they just add that information for additional breakfast with no extra charge. When we check-in it was some dust and sand on the room floor, but it was fixed very fas and later was clean all the way. Breakfast included is really small to choose and doesn't change day to day. I would say that hotel is overpriced but not bad to stay at all."
