We enjoyed our short stay in the Emerald Suite. The hotel was a very quick walk from port and located right in the Old Market area. We especially enjoyed the view and the balcony!

Stay in the Emerald suite Everything was good except the AC. We communicated to them about how the AC isn’t cooling to the desired temperature. It was uncomfortable at night because their AC only goes to 24 degrees celsius on our first night. We kept the card in to see if temp will get cooler after a whole day of giving it time but didn’t really change. They said they sent a technician when we were out and that nothing was wrong with it but temp stayed the same. The rooftop setup is cool especially during sunset. The room is neat and clean. We only see people in reception area in the morning and all communication is thru whatsapp. Location is great because shops and restaurants are right around the property.

The staff at this small boutique hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating. The view from the private patio was lovely and from the rooftop deck, spectacular. The shower was magnificent! Comfy bed, and a nice compact kitchenette. The location was perfect - near the busy port street on a picturesque pedestrian walk.

We booked the Deluxe Suite with Sea View. The apartment was quite small, modern, and very clean. The balcony view was pleasant, although partially obstructed by the building in front of it. The hotel is easy walking distance from the ferry. Checking in was very unpleasant. I gave the hotel our ferry information multiple times, and updated via email to let them know that our ferry was delayed. Our ferry arrived at 14:30 and we went straight to the hotel. We realized, after knocking for 5 minutes, that there was no one there to let us in. (Another guest told us that the same thing happened to her.) We stood outside the hotel for 20 minutes waiting for someone to show up and let us in. When she arrived she claimed I had told her we were going to lunch before arriving. That was simply not true. All in all a very unpleasant start to our stay, especially after a long day traveling.

Two thumbs up! This is great spot! Friendly, clean, nice linens, in a perfect location. Loved the alleyways. There are slopes and stairs so you need to be okay with that. Roof top terrace was wonderful for wine and sunset. Mimosa, Christina and Maria were great to deal with. Everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel is excellent the room is very clean well appointed however it is located on street level and is quite noisy at times.
