Expensive for basic 3 star hotel The hotel is cold and characterless. Compared to the others, I've stayed. Also, a lot more expensive compared to the others I stayed in over 3 weeks in Greece. Greeted by a woman who wished I hadn't disturbed her cell phone time. And two screaming kids in the lobby. Then the room had a leak in the bathroom on the floor from the hose that cleans the toilet. When the same person at the check-in desk came to see what the leak was, she had an attitude as if I shouldn't be bothered, and it was so basic, I should fix it myself. The manager came to fix it later when I was out. Then came the nighttime. What a surprise. Right under my balcony was an outdoor store providing video games and an air-hockey table, and other games like those at a country fair. You know how noisy that can be. Oh, but it is only till 11. Bed was too firm and uncomfortable. Climate control is centrally controlled, and no adjustment for the room itself. Given that the room had to be sealed up tight for light and noise due to the large games area below the terrace, this was a problem. in compensation, i was offered a shot of Tsikoudia

Location is great. steps from the waterfront. Rooms were clean. Beds were too soft for my comfort. Some of the staff were rude and unhelpful. They seem to be unaware they are in the hospitality business.
