The hotel offers some amazing things. But staying at a spot as long as I do sometimes in the hotel says that it has a washer and dryer that can be used on location and it’s not worked in over two months. And you get the runaround about we’re gonna take care of it after renovations are done.

Cheap pillows and weird water!!!
Pillows are cheap and CHEAP!! Lousy pillows!!!
Water coming out of faucets was BROWN!!
We brushed our teeth with bottled water!!

Only complaint the front desk was really slow. Had two people working but only one waiting on people and they had like 5 people waiting.

Room had a horrible smell, sheets did not smell clean. The floor looked as if it had not been vaccumed in months.
We will not be using this hotel again. Way over priced

The staff was excellent and personable, all smiles and very accommodating. The property was dated, vents in room were covered in dust and the door frames were rusted. Not pleasant to look at, but did the job well enough. Clean bed to sleep in and the TV worked. Pillows were uncomfortably soft, bring your own.

I booked and secured a double- bed room. I brought my grandmother to this town for her brother's funeral. she is not able to get around by herself. I booked the double beds because that is what we needed and wanted. It is NOT what I paid for. when I checked- in they had none available, just a king. Not sure how this happened but I would like a some type of credit for this inconvenience and total disaster in functionality. the hotel said they had none available due to renos. okay so again why was i allowed to book and never notified so i could have made other arrangements elsewhere before driving in from out of town.
