自然の中にあって、お部屋も孤立してて、森の音にゆっくり耳を傾ける事が出来て、散策しながら癒しを体感出来る施設です。朝食もステキな朝ご飯とスタッフのサービスがあって、小さいお子様から年配の方まで楽しめるホテルです。帰り際にもお写真お撮りしますよと心配りも嬉しかったです。

那須塩原駅からシャトルバスで40分ほどのところにあるこちらのホテルは元二期倶楽部。 高級感は残しつつ、部屋の中は子供フレンドリーに造り変えられ、子連れ旅に最適なホテルに星野リゾートがリノベーションしています。 部屋はそれぞれ建物ごとにコテージのようになっていて隣との距離が適度。 レストランはビュッフェスタイルですが、子供向けの仕様になりすぎず高級感は残してあるので素晴らしい。 色んなアクティビティがあるので子供にはかなり良いホテルです。 ただし、冬はアクティビティが少なく、焚き火、ピッツァ体験、野菜収穫くらいに限定されるので気温と相談しましょう。 夜はバーでウイスキーと梅酒がセルフサービス。 敷地が広いので散歩にも最適です。 二期倶楽部を期待して行くより子供と楽しむために選ぶホテルです。

初めての那須訪問で利用しました。本館に宿泊しましたが、コテージ作りの部屋はリゾナーレらしい雰囲気と自然の中の環境が快適でした。 アグリガーデンでのヒンメリ作りやハーブティー作り、マシュマロ焼きなどの簡単なアクティビティも子ども連れには良かったです。

リゾナーレは、子供、若者向けがコンセプトと認識していたので眼中に無かったが、ここがあの有名な二期倶楽部であることに、今頃気付いて、急遽訪問しました。 別館は、温泉まで少し遠い(歩いて5分程度)あるので、歩いて2分程度の本館を選択しました。 いや、流石ですわ、、ここは大人向けの施設ですよ、別館の重厚なラウンジ、自然散策と雪山鑑賞が楽しめる広い敷地、農場での甘酒の振る舞い、素晴らしい温泉、、目線を配慮した本館客室配置、全てが超一流です。 部屋は床暖房がありトイレも暖かく、部屋風呂は明るくいい感じ、 老夫婦は、特に温泉に感動、、洗い場は5人分しかない小ぶりの浴場ですが、自然の中に溶け込む露天風呂の開放感が素晴らしい、しかも、ほぼ独占出来ました。泉質は微かに硫黄の匂いがして、湯上がり5分程で何故か汗が吹き出してくる保湿力にびっくり！いい湯です。 食事は、夕食はメイン料理と野菜のチーズフォンデュは席に用意してくれますが、以外はバイキングという混合スタイルです。ビーフカレーが美味しかったのと、チーズが種類豊富で満足 、但しメイン料理は、もっとアッサリ系が年寄りには合うかもしれませんな、朝食はダイニングまで時間に受取りに行くスタイルで部屋に帰って頂きましたが、これが最高に美味しかったです。館内で使えるクーポンまで頂きドリンクやお土産に活用させていただきました。旅行支援がない代わりとのことですが、私見ですが、支援割りが無いので客層が良質だったように思います。流石、星野さん！ 以前、鬼怒川でGOTOキャンペーンの影響なのか客層の酷さに呆れた事があっただけに、本当に安心して楽しめました！ やはり、星のリゾートが1番満足度が高いホテルと夫婦で再認識しました。 すべての星のリゾートに泊まる計画をするのも楽しいかな？ 今回のリゾナーレ那須は、完璧です、またいつか伺いたいと思います。そしてその時に更に進化して新しい感動を頂けたら良いな、楽しみが出来ました。

チェックインを担当したスタッフが最悪でした。 話し方は非常に丁寧なのですが、説明が非常に分かりにくい。 また建物を出て施設を案内する際、妹の持っていた地図を、何度も無言でサッと奪い取り、その地図を見せながら説明してきたのには驚きました。 ホテルマン云々ではなく、人としてありえないと思います。 今回は両親、私家族、妹家族の３部屋を予約していました。 まずは両親の部屋を案内し、次に私達家族は「あちらの橋をお渡り下さい」と言われたので先に歩き出すと、 後ろで妹家族だけに「では、ラウンジの場所を案内します」と説明する声が聞こえました。 え、両親や私たちはラウンジは使えないの？と思い、引き返して聞くと、 「いえ、皆様ラウンジはお使いいただけます！」と…。 だったら私の両親含め、全員揃っている上で説明すべきでは？ 結局両親だけが不在のままラウンジの場所の説明を受けたのですが、何度も 「12歳までのご利用ですので！」と強く言われました。 我が家にも妹家族にも小さい子供がいるのでそのためだとは思うのですが、 １度言えば分かるものを何度も何度も念を押され、非常に不快な思いをしました。 他のスタッフの方々は感じが良く、食事やアクティビティに関してはとても楽しめたのですが、どうしても最初の女性のトンチンカンな接客が気になり、 全員モヤモヤの残る旅行となってしまいました。
