Staff and hotel is wonderful , but 10/10/25 around 4am 19 vehicles were vandalized in the parking area, we were lucky and parked next to the front door

First time here- clean, easy parking, shuttle parked out front but don’t know about frequency. Parking is supposed to have an $8 charge but didn’t. Gym is small but clean and simple with water. There is no pool but some reviews had look pictures.

This is the worst Crown Plaza we have ever stayed at!! Check-in was ok, but the rest of the stay was not great!!! The door to our room was so tight it wouldn't close, I had to pull it close. The same goes for the bathroom door. We had a double queen room, and one bed was ok. The other bed was not anchored correctly, and it tipped to either side, I couldn't sleep on it and ended up on the floor. The next morning, the man at the desk had no name tag and didn't seem to know what's going on. He didn't even ask me how may stay was, when I told him that, he said he ask me in the hall way. I didn't realize he worked at the hotel??? The only thing he seemed to be able to do was write down my complaints. It was 9:30am and the GM of the hotel wasn't there?? I will not stay here again, and I dont think anyone else should!! It's a bad run hotel with no oversight. It just sucks!!

PROS: This hotel was very clean and felt fresh. (I was told by a friend it is a brand new hotel, but I see there are reviews from a few years ago so maybe it was remodeled.) The desk staff was very nice, but stated she’d only been there 2 weeks so she didn’t have answers to some of my questions and forgot to ask me for my ID and credit card. The price was reasonable. CONS: The shower had very little pressure. It was so bad I had a hard time washing off the soap. The shower door must have been off balance because the door kept sliding open and despite closing it again and again, it kept happening. I finally gave up and water got all over the floor. The room is pretty small and felt a bit cramped. The “closet” was just a generic looking rack. See the picture. I was surprised. We needed ice, but were told none of the ice makers on any floor was working so we had to go to the desk two times for ice (staff was very nice about getting it, but it was inconvenient). I don’t know if I would stay here again because of the issues. Maybe if I knew the issues were all resolved, but I think I would really prefer a room with more space.

This is our first time in this hotel but we typically stay in this area a few times a year. The location is good- just 5 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to Opryland Hotel where we visited for the Christmas festivities. The lobby was undergoing renovation, but everything was clean and the staff was very nice. Our only complaint was the beds. They were like sleeping on bricks. Upon checkout, I noticed a sign that stated that all of the beds were adjustable. Since my husband checked us in, I didn't see this and my back was quite sore and disjointed for the next few days. I am sure had we known to adjust them to a more comfortable setting, they would have been fine. We will be on the lookout for this if we stay here in the future.

Room was nice but airport shuttle didn’t work despite calling to confirm that it would run before booking, and is the reason why I booked this hotel. I had an overnight layover on Friday 8/22/25. Called Crowne Plaza front desk on Wednesday 8/20/25 before booking, who confirmed that the hotel shuttle runs 5am-midnight and that I can just call upon landing at BNA airport for a pickup. I landed on 8/22/25 at 9pm, and was told by front desk #2 upon calling that their shuttle hasn’t been running all day. We ubered to the hotel and checked in. After check in, front desk #2 told us that she called and the shuttle would be running the next morning 8/23 at 6am for our 7am flight. Upon checkout on 8/23 at 6am, we were told by front desk #3 that nobody called and that the shuttle is run by their maintenance man who only operates on pre bookings for the shuttle. All the staff were nice and polite. But I really didn’t appreciate being misled about the shuttle which is the main reason I booked the hotel, and I had to uber roundtrip to airport.

DON'T BOOK HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. Nashhaus needs to overhaul their booking system. Arrived on a late Friday evening to find multiple waiting in the lobby because the hotel had overbooked/double-booked several rooms and left people stranded. I called earlier in the week to confirm my booking but apparently that did not matter. I never even got a straight on what was happening because I could not get a straight answer from the staff member at the front desk. We were basically told that we weren't going to get a room and had to drive around a busy friday night in a tourist town attempting to find a room like beggars at the inn. The worst part is they had apparently been dealing with this issue all day and definitely had time to call me and tell me that they were not going to have enough rooms. Nashhaus did not apologize or attempt to give a refund. I will be disputing with my bank and will never book with Nashhaus again.
