While we are not tied to any hotel chain or brand, we have come to love the Hilton Homewood locations we have experienced in past years & our first stay over the past 3 nights at the Nashua NH location is no exception. The staff was friendly & helpful. Property was well managed & maintained. Hotel is in a nice area, though not many dining or shopping establishments within walking distance. Breakfast was well supplied & managed during the weekend but noticeably less so on Monday morning. Good amount of on site parking

Breakfast - staff didn't monitor coffee and such very well. Not well stocked. No waffle batter until the last day. When you mention anything, you get an apathetic response. Housekeeping - we were out of the room by 10am and gone most of the day on the 'cleaning' day. Apparently the staff never come back if they start early near your room and you're not out yet. Mentioned it to the night desk person who said she'd make a note. Checked with the morning desk person who said we weren't on the schedule (even though missed the day before). She'd follow up (lol) - room didn't get cleaned up once during a 5 day stay. Overall Staff just didn't seem to care. Note - I used to travel extensively for business and have lived during the week in Homewood Suites in other cities.. SO disappointed with this one.

Jesse was a superstar. I was in town for a job interview and came downstairs through the lobby, let's just say, somewhat over-dressed for the weather and for the interview. Jesse suggested that I consider something less formal and lighter. Winner all the way around, interview and full day was a success! To be paying attention enough to your guests to think about something as inconsequention to traditional front desk operations is Next Level. Jesse, thank you for making my few days in Nashua, ones for record books!

The staff at the Homewood Suites in Nashua are outstanding! The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended.

You Need Luggage Carts Available
My only negative was availability of a luggage cart, that worked. The only one available had a broken front wheel. I do have to thank the front desk staff that took the time to help us bring our luggage to the room.
That aside, the room was large and comfortable.

Love this place and grateful for free breakfast but don't understand tacos for breakfast and hash browns were limp and bacon paper thin and kielbasa is not breakfast sausage. Lol
