Great customer service from front desk Pool was very enjoyable Room were clean Breakfast was ok our luggages were safe Restaurant 99 is right next door opportunity to order from room and they bring it to front desk for you to pick up. Parking lot safe with our vehicles

Absolutely atrocious experience. Gave me a single room when I had specifically booker a double bed room. Said it was a technical issue because "the booking got routed through a third party" and basically refused to honour my booking for a double bed even though they agreed that my ******* booking showed it was so. The front desk started hyperventilating when I asked him why he wasnt able to give me a double bed even though he could clearly see that i had it booked. Later, they had the gall to ask me for 20 bucks extra to get "uograded" despite my having paid the original amount for a double bed in the first place! Avoid at all costs!

The rooms were lovely - large and clean. BUT. I got to see several because of a problem with the first one as well as the second one. In response, the clerk offered us a second floor room. I begged for a first floor alternative and he said, "There are no more rooms of the type you reserved on the first floor." He was intransigent about upgrading or offering another type of room (handicapped, perhaps?). THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. So, we schlepped our luggage up the stairs and around the oddly laid out hotel - multiple steps, doors, long hallways, unclear or missing directional signs. Also, handicapped parking was nowhere near the front door, and was under about 2" of water. Yes, it was raining while we were there, but not hard, and the rest of the lot (except right in front of the door) wasn't flooded. With all the inconveniences, I requested that extra points be added to my Choice account. When I finally (several visits to the desk and phone calls after checkout) reached the manager, he agreed to add points to my account and said he had done it. Of course, when I checked, he had NOT added any points. Definitely would avoid this place, especially if you have any kind of mobility issues.

The room was very clean and the daily maid service was excellent. The room had no magnifying mirror and the front desk had no solution. The free breakfast was a real disappointment. Powdered eggs, sausage and potatoes were marginal at best. All condiments, yogurt, instant oatmeal, syrup and granola bars were full of dyes, chemicals and other unhealthy ingredients. Everything else was carbs and more carbs. The coffee was strong and not bad.

The hotel is well maintained and clean, everything is nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is good. Only minor issue is the detergent or bleach they use on the sheets, really powerful on the nose.
