The Source at Sula

Good for one time visit, the water is not good in the room and breakfast is ok

This was my first ever visit to Sula. We planned a trip during my birthday. And truly an amazing experience it was. We booked our stay at the source. Staff was always very polite, apt and helpful. Food at La Bodega was amazing. Complementary breakfast was great. Great spread. Ample amount of options for everyone. I was traveling with my toddler and I never had to worry about his food. And the most memorable incident for me was I forgot my watch at the room. I realized it when I was back at home unpacking. I panicked and was very sad as the watch had great emotional value for me. My husband called at the reception. They were very quick to actually locate the watch! And to my surprise the manager of the 'lost and found' department took the initiative and couriered it back to me! I totally recommend the place. We had a great time and made beautiful memories.

We had a wonderful stay at Sula. The staff everywhere – whether by the pool, at the restaurant, or among the helpers – were incredibly helpful, quick, and attentive. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely soft-spoken, polite, and eager to assist, which made our experience even more comfortable. A special mention goes to Mr. Dinesh Patil, who was exceptionally thoughtful. He helped us with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, and when we got drenched in the rain, he came on his own with towels and a laundry bag to help us change. Small gestures like these really stood out and made us feel well cared for. Overall, the hospitality at Sula was top-notch, and we truly appreciated the warmth and attentiveness of the entire team.
