The Source at Sula

Room didn't match imagery, breakfast was eaten up an hour before closure, service not reactive.

Although it was a good experience overall but a few things should be taken care of. The housekeeping services could be way better than what it is right now. Also the body wash, shampoo, body lotion etc is not of good quality. Furthermore, we’ve found insects in our food (in pizza in the Italian restaurant) and frogs and other things in the pool and the jacuzzi. Pool and jacuzzi could be cleaner at least. However, we enjoyed a lot in the game zone. Andddd…..the restaurant la bodega is EXCELLENT. The chefs the staff the food everything. One of the staff members who served us dinner on 16th august is the best staff and should be rewarded seriously! I’m sorry I don’t know his name. That’s all. Thanks for having us and making this trip and the wine tasting experience and our father’s 50th birthday special! Will visit again and hopefully have an even better experience.

Poor maintenance around pool. Broken tiles which hurt my kid and caused severe bleeding. The response of the staff was very poor. Asked for the medicine which was also not delivered to the room. Overall apathy for the guests under duress. Their manager came a day later and apologized but you can see the hospitality and care is not inherited by the staff

Great stay and excellent hospitality. Mr. Tushar was really helpful and showed us the entire property with patience. Entire staff is kind and generous.

We reached Sula Vineyard on the afternoon of 6th August and were ushered into the reception area in an eKart. Everything proceeded smoothly. The check in time of 3PM was a little odd but apart from that it was a good trip.

Dinesh was humble and helpful he was one of the first people we met at the property The wine tour was also something that we enjoyed Food could be better, not the best that we have had in other resorts like this But overall a good experience
