The staff were very helpful and the place was nice.

Overall, an okay stay with good breakfast and decent customer services aside from the front during check-in. The room we stayed in wasn’t well kept with curtains falling apart and didn’t cover the whole window so was not felt super private as parking lot was behind the window. Very loud and can hear everything outside when people walk, talk, shut the car doors and closing doors outside.

TV had hardly any free to air channels working, o Netflix and no YouTube. Smart TV was not programmed. All table tops and bench tops were grimy with streak marks. Bathroom floor was never cleaned before we arrived or during our stay. The small fitness area was never cleaned in the 4 days we used it. Someone left a can of Sprite and chewing gum on the bench as soon as you walk in and it was there for 4 days. Things only get done if you complain to front desk.

Dirty room, damaged, beds not made properly, wifi not working nor phone line to reception, paid a premium for what looked like nicely appointed rooms, could have stayed a cheap motel and saved money, rooms very dated, were not told at check in about things not working, had to go back up To reception in rain to be told as phone line also down, will be very very hesitant to stay here again

I would not consider staying at this hotel again to be honest. The receptionist was rude and would not even engage in conversation - I was not able to use an Accor voucher for a weird reason which is not happened to me at any other Accor hotel. I’m an Accor member, albeit only a classic one, but there was no recognition or welcoming. The “restaurant” is little more than a cafe which very limited food options and no coffee available for dinner. The wine selection was 4 white and 2 red and they had run out of all except 2 white wines. First night we ate there we didn’t get cutlery until after one meal delivered and then another fork had to be given too. Second night we ate was a hit better with service. The rooms are average - no lamp next to bed! Overall, I would definitely question how Accor rates this as a 4 star hotel when they don’t have these basic things. The one positive was the bed was comfy although it had 2 mattress toppers which made it a little hard to get into.
