Great hotel with great staff. Great welcome, although we checked in quite late. Breakfast to choose from. Possibility to order food from the restaurant to your room. There is a swimming pool. The territory is large and green ☺️ Access to the beach line 👍
Burgers and shakes from the restaurant are a separate recommendation 🔥

Beautiful location, adequate staff, and excellent welcome. However, it was far too expensive for the service. Poor Wi-Fi, unable to watch TV due to poor connection. Exorbitant transportation prices. Totally not recommended unless you're a millionaire and bring your own TV and internet connection, but only use Wi-Fi outside; it's impossible in the room.
In short, very disappointing!

I spent 10 days at Crystal Paradise resort in Narra, Palawan with my friends from Portland as part of a mission trip to Palawan. The resort is amazing, located on a beach with front view of the ocean. Surrounded by palm trees, with manicured walkways and a private swimming pool, spa and massage parlor, it offers all the comfort one needs to unwind from all the stress. The rooms are clean and with the A/C running everything is just great and hospitable. The food at restaurant is absolutely amazing, the chef and the staffs there will do everything in their power to make you feel welcomed. It is hard to leave this place and return to a world of huddle and stress. The resort’s owner, Maricel is a great host engaging in conversations with the guests. She also owns the Halifax Tours which means that she can arrange for you tours on the island of Palawan from El Nido to Puerto Princesa, or to the Subterranean River. The only setback is the spotty internet service throughout the resort with the best coverage thru Starlink being on the terrace of the restaurant. This place is one of the few I visited around the world that I could call home anytime. You got to be here to know what I am talking about.

My fiancé and I planned to visit Palawan on a pleasure / business trip. I really had no idea on where to stay until a business colleague in Los Angeles, (California) suggested Crystal Paradise. Best trip advise I ever took. We had originally planned one night but wound up staying four nights due to the comfort, cleanliness, superior staff professionalism, extremely delicious food.........but most importantly the warmth of every staff member. You couldn't pay a five star resort to get the honest service you will feel at Crystal Paradise Resort. Maybe this ambience is what led my fiancé and I to finally take the next step because we married one day after we left Crystal Paradise. I don't know if this was the reason..........but this place MOST CERTAINLY DESERVES 6 out of 5 stars in my heart. THANK YOU CRYSTAL PARADISE RESORT.
