Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Narbonne Centre ★★★★
"I appreciate the accommodation here. Almost everything was perfect. Narbonne doesn't have a famous attraction, but it's a great place to quietly enjoy the view of southern France, but I couldn't, because my mother was sick. If my mother had a healthy body, we would have made more good memories. The way a sick person sees the world is bound to change. It is inevitable that the son's heart is given a perfect score to those who were kind to the sick mother and a zero score to those who were unkind."
Hôtel le Mosaïque ★★★★
"The service was absolutely amazing. We were at a pop-up restaurant by a Ukrainian chef and it was sooooo good. I would honestly recommend this place 10,000 times over."
B&B HOTEL Narbonne 2 ★★
"Very nice hotel close to the highway. Attractive price for quite good conditions. I recommend"
Hôtel de Paris
"Towards a horrible heat, the room had only a fan, the hotel had no air conditioning, we opened the windows in search of some air inside but instead came mosquitos that hit us at the 3rd And the birds were heard continuously, I think palms, we had to close again and try to kill as many as possible. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable."
B&B Hotel Narbonne 1 ★★
"Ideally located if you want to go to the large buffet in Narbonne, comfortable bed, slight unpleasant smell of worn carpet in the corridor and quite noisy with the windows open because of the motorway next door, but it remains very reasonable in terms of value for money!"
Hôtel la Résidence ★★★
"A normal hotel, there is a garage where you can put the car. It's not in the center, but Narbonne is small and everything is nearby."
Kyriad ECO - Narbonne Sud ★★
"The truth is, it was pretty bad, the room was not the same as the one in the photo, it is tiny, you couldn't even leave your backpacks, you can see the real photos on the internet. The bathroom was ridiculously small, with a mini sink, there were two soap dispensers, one didn't have a bag and the one in the shower was only enough for one person to shower and that was it. There were spider webs in the corners of the ceiling, the floor was damp from some product that had fallen and it smelled very strong like air freshener (I told reception but they didn't fix it) The window blind was broken and didn't close completely, light came in. The bathroom mirror gave off heat, I don't know why. Breakfast is included in the price, very scarce, the croissants were quite good, they put the Nutella in a bowl, it runs out and they don't replenish it. In short, everything was pretty bad hahaha. They have parking and the location is where all the hotels are, but well, it is not close to the center to walk."
Hôtel le C - Boutique Hôtel ★★★★
"quite new and have style, i didn't expect that, reception friendly and helpful. room small but have most what i want location good Will stay here again"
Fasthotel Narbonne ★★
"everythings was ok in this hotel. Is a good choice if you have to travel and you need to stop near autoroute. Easy access, reception very kind."

Novotel Narbonne Sud
"The front desk service at this hotel is great. The middle-aged gentleman is really meticulous and kind."
Château Capitoul
"The entire experience was truly exceptional. The villa was absolutely stunning, and any minor issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. The restaurant and bar were beautifully designed and offered a lovely atmosphere. The spa was pure perfection, and having the bike available made exploring nearby town and restaurants incredibly easy. We also drove to the beach and enjoyed a delicious meal by the sea. If there’s one suggestion for improvement, it would be to open the poolside snack bar and offer light lunch options perhaps pizza or sandwich. After all, who doesn’t enjoy a good a light lunch, perhaps a portion of fries while on holiday?"
Logis Hotel de La Clape
"Excellent location, very clean establishment, perfect welcome and great breakfast. Parking space and swimming pool are a plus for the establishment."
Villa Ambrosia
"It is the second time we have stayed here- and it won't be the lates! It is tucked diwn a quiet street with private oarking - just 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. There is always a warm welcome. The rooms are colourful and artistically decorated. We stayed in a deluxe room this time that had its own garden terrace. It was soacious and comfortable with a large bed and great shower. There are lots of sitting areas in the communal garden. Breakfast is really good too with generous amounts to enjoy- a great place to stay!."
Ibis Budget Narbonne Est
"The room was pretty good and convenient."
Hotel de France
"We stranded in the hotel during the big fires of Narbonne, the owners hospitality was unique. Super nice people, basic rooms but very clean and refurbished with love. We recommend to stop by. Location is perfect to walk the city center, they even took care for our taxi shuttle"
La Maison Gustave
"This place was brilliant and great value for money. Right in the heart of Narbonne , with lovely views from our bedroom. It was quaint and typically French but with a modern French vibe. The room was spacious , with a comfortable bed and air con. A small table with two dining chairs and a day bed. The shower which was unusually ,in a corner of the room was modern clean and spacious with a large shower head and good water pressure. The shower gel was Rituals . Although it was in the room it was not intrusive. The toilet was accessed from inside the room, enclosed like an en-suite toilet. The whole place was very clean with lovely decor and a delightful marble staircase leading to one room on each of the three floors . On the ground floor there was a well equipped kitchen , including tables, chairs and crockery for use by all the guests of the three rooms , should they wish to use it . A breakfast of fresh fruit, youghurt , orange juice , cheese and two types of ham , butter and homemade jam were in the fridge when we arrived ready for the next morning. Fresh artisan bread and croissants were delivered for us on the morning of our breakfast. We could have eaten our delicious breakfast in our room or at one the tables in the kitchen area on the ground floor. We had arranged to drop off our luggage as we were arriving well before check in time . When we got there about three hours before check in time expecting just to be able to drop off luggage , the cleaners welcomed us like receptionists at a hotel , so very welcoming . They showed us to our room , which was ready for us , even trying to carry our luggage up to the second floor for us. Of course we politely declined . They showed us around the kitchen area and explained our options for breakfast , although this was all very clear from our booking and a small informative but non preachy or “ rules “ type note in our room . We checked into our room and quickly checked out the kitchen facilities , thinking whether we would prefer to eat breakfast the next day in the kitchen or in our room . To be honest in the kitchen we were looking for a corkscrew , should we want a cheeky glass of Provençal Rose when we got back from our afternoon out and dinner in Narbonne later that evening. The otherwise well equipped kitchen did not have a corkscrew . My husband asked one of the cleaners if he had missed something and that there was a corkscrew in the kitchen , she looked and said no , she could not find a corkscrew either . 10 minutes later she knocked on our door with a corkscrew for us that she had borrowed from the cheese shop next door . What amazing service that was . We only stayed one night , for an Air and B it was brilliant . The only caveat is , if you have any mobility issues this place is not for you , as the steps are winding and there is no lift ."
Ile du Gua Suites
"I had to google if France has a different system regarding stars in hotels. It’s impossible that this is a 4 stars and the next step is Ritz Carlton. This hotel is 2 stars standard in the rest of the world. The hotel is absolutely filthy and old. Mold in the sink, disgusting carpet. Breakfast is €20 and it’s terrible. The restaurant closes sundays and mondays. The “gym” are 3 machines on the hallway where the rooms are. Just in the middle of the hallway, there is no gym. The people from the lobby leave at night (that would never happen in a real 4 stars hotel). They charge 70€ euros for tourism tax. False advertising. This is 2 stars for non french standards."
Hôtel du Midi
"I have to highly recommend Hôtel du Midi if you are passing by Narbonne. The hotel is perfectly positioned a short walk to the beautiful, historic centre of Narbonne. Clean, amazing breakfast and great value for the price. It will be my hotel to go to every time I will have the pleasure to visit Narbonne. Plus, they were extremely accommodating with my late arrival."
Chambres d'hôtes Domaine de Beaupré
"The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel for you to enjoy the most beautifully located area. I have a dinner for a few euros with the local products proposed to not have to go out or order. The hotel is a very nice pool, surrounded by beautiful olive oil, figs ... A small spice offers many local products. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. I stayed only one night and that was not necessary. A peace gate, a few roads away but the cars are not heard. After midnight I walked to find sleep in a total darkness. A quiet place, a little away from the city tumult, where you can work, rest, read quietly."
Chateau L Hospitalet Wine Resort and Spa
"We booked this stay many months in advance as a 2 night country retreat between city breaks. The welcome email about a week before arrival advised us that their Michelin starred restaurant was fully booked for the duration of our stay. It would have been useful to have known this might be an issue. They did, however, ask us to advise them of our arrival time which we said would be 3pm. We arrived as expected to be told the room would not be available until 4.00, normal check in time. The time we spent hanging around could have been usefully spent being introduced to the estate, but it was not. In the main most staff seemed to have far more interesting things to do than look after guests. When we finally got into the room it was very nice, as was dinner at the beach that evening. During our stay the chateau was very busy preparing for a big weekend. A huge semi permanent marquee was being constructed and the place was overrun with construction workers who used the pool washroom facilities and had lunch in the soft seating areas. The strong feeling was that the guests there at the time were a distant second priority to the upcoming wedding. The marquee construction was in front of the pool and there was zero acknowledgment that some people we’re trying to enjoy a quiet time. There were numerous examples of lack of attention to detail expected of a five star hotel and generally little evidence of management on the ground. At no time over 2 days did anyone come down to the pool area just to make sure everything was ok and at no time did anyone enquire as to whether we we’re having a good stay. Two positive notes to finish on. The barman in the jazz bar was delightful and we were presented with some lovely wine as an apology for the delay in getting into our room. A nice gesture which was thoughtful but not thought through (we are flying back to UK with little spare baggage allowance). Takeaways. The basis for an excellent resort is there but management needs to pay attention to the little things and engage with guests at the time when things go wrong. No doubt the response will be “why didn’t you tell us”. The answer is it’s your job to check. I never normally give bad reviews so I hope this is useful to the hotel and prospective guests."
