Excellent location,price was great value,we read previous reviews on tips to find it. Not a far walk from the port for one of our day trips. We didn’t eat here so can’t comment on that. Staff always very friendly Lots of shopping, eating and sightseeing within walking distance. Our room was very clean and beds comfortable

If you’re looking for a cute, cozy, good-value-for-the-money option conveniently located, that’s clean, quiet, and complete with all necessities, this is the spot for you. We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed it!

Located in a good position in relation to the historic center and the main attractions. If you have little luggage you can reach it easily and comfortably by metro from the Garibaldi railway station in Toledo. The strong point of the structure is the cleanliness in the room and in the common areas. Breakfast normal. Entrance hall equipped with kettle with various teas and biscuits. Assistance via WhatsApp always available and punctual. Negative notes in my opinion: the change of shower/bath linen takes place every two days, in case of daily change it is subject to a fee. Shower to be descaled or replaced. Breakfast time change communicated only the previous evening. I used both the shuttle indicated by the structure and the taxi service. I recommend the taxi.

We chose this accommodation for its strategic position with respect to the center and other points of interest, reachable on foot or by public transport. The ''Università'' metro stop is about 300 meters away on foot; via Toledo is literally a stone's throw away; in a few minutes you can also reach Spanganapoli, Via dei Tribunals; a few steps away there is a supermarket open until 10pm. The owners were very kind and helpful also by telephone as well as in the structure. The accommodation was very clean and fresh, clean towels, clean sheets, quiet, located in a historic door in an alley easily reachable as soon as you exit the subway which is only two stops from Garibaldi station! Surely the only thing to improve is to provide a refrigerator for guests as, in the middle of August, it is impossible not to have access to fresh water. There was a mini bar fridge in the breakfast room but it never got cold because the power was minimal. Furthermore, I realized that when I checked out that fridge was no longer there... However, I strongly recommend the place because it is really well done and in a strategic and quiet location.

In a great location. The staff very kind. Mrs. Rosanna, a fantastic person, spoiled us and gave us lots of advice. Good and very abundant breakfast. The room was quiet and clean. Tea room with a variety of biscuits.

Soggiorno per due notti in questo b&b a novembre. Già dalla prenotazione il personale si è caratterizzato per la gentilezza durante i contatti telefonici e poi via mail. Ottima l'accoglienza all'ingresso nella struttura, informazioni riguardanti l'alloggio e suggerimenti per vivere al meglio la vacanza più che esaustivi. L'Alloggio dei Vassalli è centrale rispetto a Via Toledo, Quartieri spagnoli e i Decumani, vicinissimo inoltre al Complesso Monumentale di Santa Chiara. Camera Deluxe come da foto, pulita e per niente rumorosa.

Hotel self molto efficiente. Informazioni all'arrivo molto dettagliate e complete. Dotato di tutti i comfort, da non sottovalutare la possibilità di un tè caldo e di un bicchiere d'acqua, self service, al rientro dalle lunghe passeggiate. Praticamente a 5 minuti sia da Spaccanapoli che dai quartieri spagnoli, 10 minuti dal Maschio Angioino. Varietà di bar e ristoranti in zona molto ampia. Camera sempre in ordine, pulita e profumata, con prodotti da bagno degni di un 5 stelle. Deposito bagagli valore aggiunto. Super consigliato

Consiglio questo b&b per chi vuole scoprire la vera Napoli.Ubicato in posizione strategica per godersi tutto in centro di Napoli...da spaccanapoli,via Toledo,vicino al molo beverello insomma avete tutto a portata di mano e poi lo staff gentilissimo e un grazie alla signora Rosanna che ci coccolati facendoci sentire a casa...GRAZIE!

In viaggio con la famiglia… posizione consigliatissima, nel centro storico a due passi praticamente da tutto… arredato con gusto, ottima insonorizzazione! Pulito e ordinato. Complimenti alla Signora Rosanna… Torneremo …
