7Days Inn Hotel (Chaozhou People's Square) Reviews

This is a big cold chain hotel. However, everything was great: clean room, comfortable bed, private bathroom, washing machine (if you can find it, bring your own detergent). On foot, the location is quite far from touristy attractions, but near a vibrant local area (start at Caihong East Rd.) with lots of food and cafés.

Situated in convenient location to take the K2 Bus to the Chaoshan High Speed Rail station. Also near the Chaozhou Museum

Room is neat and very clean. Frontline personnel is very friendly and helpful. Hotel provides washing machine and dryer for laundry which is a big plus point. It is within walking distance to shopping centres and food outlets which is very convenient. I'll come back to this hotel for my next trip.

I think it's quite comfortable here. because it looks like the new hotel is cleaner, but there is no breakfast.

The basic facilities are all there, the sanitation is good, and the room is big enough. The front desk staff are very nice. The two girls who checked in the night and the guy the next morning were very knowledgeable about Chaozhou and gave me a lot of suggestions. I was very satisfied.

The hotel has a good location, good service attitude, simple and clean rooms, meets basic needs, and is affordable. The candies at the front desk are also delicious😋

Comments: The hotel rooms are very compact, with windows only two-thirds of the normal size, and poor lighting on the side, so the cost-effectiveness is not high. However, the hotel is in a good location, with convenient restaurants nearby, and a medium-sized parking lot in the backyard, so parking is not a problem except on weekends and holidays. The staff is polite to guests, answering all questions, responding to all requests and being efficient. However, it is undeniable that the hotel facilities are aging, the screen windows are damaged and not repaired, and mosquitoes are unimpeded. The bathroom cubicle is not well sealed, and water is dripping all over the place after taking a shower. Fortunately, I only booked for two days, and I immediately changed the door on the third day.

I was very satisfied with my first experience. It is indeed a good place to relax. I will come here often in the future.
