We have total satiafaction with Heaven Boutique Hotel. I feel it is more worth than what we paid for. The staff and crew are all nice, and I cannot express enough my gratitude towards them handing over my stuffs we overlooked from our cabinet! They are so trust worthy! The room is clean, breakfast is good and you have rooftop bar on easy access! We would stay there again! One thing to note tho, they do the green sustainability practice, so you will need to put the 'help clean...' notice on the door if u need it. Daily room keep is not auto. We were ok with this. Again very thankful for handing me my overlooked left items. ❤️❤️❤️👍

Happened to have construction going on. Better check before booking. But everything else is great. If looking for a fun short night stay, it is a great choice.

Nice hotel to stay

Clean room , basic facilities, have Netflix in room just TV a bit too small, all others is good enough , nice price and I will come again. Recommended 👏🏻👏🏻

Very near to silom area and it’s ok for two pax.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooftop bar is very nice and relaxing. The hotel is close to markets and local bars and restaurants.

Nice hotel, room clean and close to station

Very nice hotel, clean room, good location only 5 mins walk to BTS station.

The WiFi doesn’t work, they told me only works for Android users (huh?) but I doubt that too because my laptop couldn’t connect either. The place is very noisy at night there’s a bar upstairs with extremely loud music , imagine trying to sleep at a night club, I got headache and couldn’t sleep until the bar is closed. There’s a strong sewage smell coming in to the room. The smell was too strong that woke me up a few times at night and I’m a heavy sleeper. The only good thing I have to say is that the staff are friendly and nice but I wouldn’t stay here again even if offered for free.

Overall experience was great. During our stay we had a few hours with no water in the faucet without notice. But this is tolerable. You could make hotel more accessible like putting the ramp for easier carrying of luggage up to lowest street level or from parking lot.

Very nice place to stay in BKK, the room was clean and the bathroom very nice.
