Hotel location is nice for me because I needed to reach airport in the next morning. The hotel staff were nice and friendly both check in and check out...very helpful also at the hotel restaurant. Nice to stay.

I really appreciate the service of this hotel. I left an IPAD in the room and my friend left a watch. When we contacted the hotel, they responded quickly. Although some staff had difficulty communicating with them, we were able to get our things back in the end. At the same time, TRIP.COM customer service also helped us in this matter. Thank you so much

Everything was good. We got upgraded to a suite. Kind hotel management. However the location for local transport is not accessible, the metro station right outside the hotel was closed by Metro operators for a while

Love our stay! The hotel is clean and smells good! Although the location wasn’t far from the Napoli Train Station, but walking over there with our luggages was horrible because the road is all damaged. Thanks to Cristian, our mood lifted as he was funny and very informative when explaining us where to visit in Naples. Thank you Cristian for making our stay so much better!
