This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in at a great rate. It is like a small one bedroom condo with dishes and unlimited k cups and cream. Quiet and excellent air conditioning. Close enough to the beach on Marco island and a free shuttle to the pier and close beaches with complimentary beach chair towels and a big sun umbrella. It started to rain so we called the shuttle and it appeared in less than ten minutes. Can’t wait to get back there next year.

We spent a wonderfully relaxing weekend at the Bellasera. The hotel was beautiful and spotless. The 2-bedroom suite was the perfect size for a family of four, and we appreciated having 2 bathrooms. It’s a mile walk from the beach, but the free shuttle service drops off and picks up anywhere within 3 miles. We used the service for outings to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The shuttle service and safe area made us comfortable enough to let our 12 and 14 year old daughters go out without us. A special shout out to shuttle driver Andy who was especially personable and accommodating. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeper to the pool service guy was lovely. Highly recommended for a quiet, luxurious getaway!

Beautiful hotel with great amenities and fantastic customer service. The staff was attentive and informative. The pool, free shuttle around town and to beach, and the free usage of bicycles is great. It is so nice to stay in a hotel that doesn’t break the bank and really makes you feel like they are there for you. Don’t miss this one. We will definitely be going back.

This is a first class hotel. On arrival we were greeted by a very professional and friendly check in lady and given a complimentary glass of prosecco and lots of information. We stayed in a 1st floor condo apt which was absolutely brilliant. An excellent kitchen and sitting area that opened out onto a nice balcony which was protected and sealed by a discreet mosquito grill. There was little touches like plenty of bottled water and coffee pods we couldn’t fault it. There was also a separate dining area. The bedroom was great as well with a very comfortable bed and very roomy bathroom off it, again well stocked. The pool area has plenty of sun beds and 8 cabanas which are free. The pool is a reasonable size. It has a lovely bar and restaurant and the staff were excellent friendly and made us feel very welcome as did the pool staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff in the hotel. There is a free shuttle that goes to the beach with sun beds supplied and free bikes. The location couldn’t be better either fifth ave two blocks away with all of its restaurants. The beach is about 1.3 miles away All round a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wishing for a great stay in Naples.

Es un hotel boutique espectacular !! No es barato pero lo vale , el área de la piscina es hermosa, tiene un restaurante de lujo ,la decoración es glamorosa y la atención es excelente 👌 Súper limpio y prolijo , los jardines bellos , estuve en una hab studio one bedrom , tiene vajilla completa, lavavajillas nuevo , horno eléctrico nuevo , electrodomésticos, muy completo y te dan 4 botellas de agua de cortesía. Cafetera y cápsulas de café. Amenitis de primera calidad L'Occitane que reponen a diario . El personal muy atento , en la recepción hablan varios idiomas. No duden en alojarse allí. Te llevan y te traen de la playa .

This euro/California style hotel (my term) was a pleasure for all senses, and even though it looked lovely in the descriptions, seeing it in person was even more impressive, starting with the turn into their driveway and everything that followed. And everyone there was, in a word, perfect. But what really blew us away was the London club on the premises: the live music and proximity to it was beyond believe – – and my sushi to nontrade was among the best I've had, but I would've almost accepted Bland food to be in that great environment and hear that great music. It's one of the situations where I am hesitant to write the review because if it gets to popular I'll have trouble getting in, but of course I want such a rare gem to do well so here we are. Five stars in every way. (Okay: I did not like the pillows but was too exhausted by the time I hit them to do anything about it, and am sure had I asked the front desk, they would have arranged something.) In love with this hotel.
