J’ai passé un séjour vraiment agréable dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec un personnel souriant, attentif et toujours prêt à rendre service. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et confortable.

Paul the bartender is the man! Made me a fine old-fashioned and was engaging and very pleasant to hang with. I’m very glad I dropped in and ended the evening with this pleasant experience next time. I’m in Naples. I’ll be sure to be back here John M.

The manager is a hot head who talks & yells but does not listen. They think it's ok to block you from from the room you booked on the Hilton app & stick you in a crap room. Even asking general questions sends the manager into a hissy fit. 10 out of 13 times there I was put in a different room, then lied too repeadedly when I asked why.

Wasn't happy room was dirty hair all over the place dirt and garbage under the furniture the pool was closed i was not notified before booking room toliet keep clogging up
