Nice hotel in a very nice part of Naples.

Perfectly located in Central Naples. Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff.

Everything is great, comfy beds, nice pool, friendly staff. The only thing I would change is the breakfast, we weren’t aware that it wasn’t free, but overpriced and it was mid at best. We both got avocado toast and most of the ingredients were not fresh, which is surprising at a $16 price point. That being said, our waitress Cindy was really nice and did a good job!

The staff here is so friendly and always asking if you need anything when you see them. Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. The pool was a little chilly but you get used to it. They have a bar in the pool area. Our bartender, Paul, was fun and easy to talk with. Plus, he had great advice on places to eat. The only issues we had was the sink and the tub did not drain properly. No big deal. It was just one night. Also, you can hear everything. People walking above us, dropping things and even going to the bathroom. BUT, we still enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This rating is for the restaurant and nighttime front desk staff only. Cindy is very friendly, and pays attention to the details. She remembered my order from the previous day and I didn't have to do anything. Blake is equally friendly and helpful with respect to visitor issues. Both are positive influences for Hilton.
