We have been visiting the Courtyard by Marriott for several occasions and we have been very satisfied with the service and quality of every room at the places that we were staying. But this particular location at 3250 9th St in Naples Florida definitely doesn’t meet the Marriott standards especially with the bed linen and towels looking very old and deteriorated. It is the very first time that we when out to purchase towels because the towels at the hotel were too disgusting.

Last-minute booking for a 3-night stay. Hands down, the best asset of this hotel is the location: minutes from the beach, downtown, shopping, major highways — you name it. I was there over a busy holiday weekend, the place was packed, yet I never had trouble finding parking. Huge win. Now for the entertainment portion of my stay: I arrived to check in only to find the front desk agent asleep on the job — shoes off, catching some lobby Zzz’s. I guess customer service was dreaming too! Thankfully, management handled it, and on my last day, I met the lady assistant manager, who was incredibly kind and genuinely seemed to care. So, despite my hilarious check-in fiasco, I’m still giving this place a solid 4 out of 5. The staff (even when snoozing) is charming — it’s people like the lady assistant manager who make the difference. Heads up though: they definitely pull a bit of a bait and switch with housekeeping. I stayed 4 days/3 nights, and my room was cleaned only once—zero mention of this at booking, and nothing in the Bonvoy app either. Covid is over — daily service at a Courtyard should be the norm if that’s what I want. Just saying!

I have to start by saying that this was my first time, staying in Naples Florida, and specially in the courtyard marrriott. Was extremely overwhelmed and happy about the customer service, evwryone made me feel at home and extremely welcome...never had that before in a hotel.i can say that Vanessa at the front desk, was outstanding....she was there when i needee something or had the simply answer to all my quesions, very sweet girl! Special recongizon to her...also to the staff at the Bistro, a special thank you too Alkido, she was smiling and vwry bubbly during the dinner rush and also made me feel welcome..and food and drinks were delicous! I will be staying here again...when I make my monthly visits! 😆😉 thank you courtyard marriott for everything! I had a great experiance!!!

The hotel was typical of a Courtyard. The bed was comfortable and clean. The refrigerator was the type that would run for 2 hours and stay off 8. My wife is a diabetic and has to carry insulin. The concern over the refrigerator not staying cold was not good.
The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Never checked and never stayed at the hotel and was defrauded of $154 They charge my card without authorization without me, presenting the card without me checking in or staying there They will be investigate it Look back in my records and this room was canceled more than a week ago and all of a sudden it popped up on my app this morning
