Courtyard Naples

Not once but twice someone attempted to enter my room without consent or knowledge. The first time was the maintenance man who did not realize the room was occupied. The second time was at midnight and scared me to death as I was traveling alone. Mattresses are uncomfortable. Air conditioning unit smells musty and is loud. If this is how they treat their Bonvoy elite customers, then I would rather show loyalty somewhere else.

Truly disappointed at our experience at this Bonvoy hotel. Our twin room had a linked door to the next room where we could hear someone coughing non-stop. Requested another room. Was allocated a king handicap room. So tired we accepted as it was late. The room reeked of chlorine which caused us to suffer breathing. Did not sleep well. The common area had lots of stains in the carpet, especially in the restaurant area. Some discount offered for the room, but no compensation for a ruined night. The hotel needs to be refurbished or rebuilt. Not a good advert for Bonvoy.

Problem with A/C Hotel is clean and confortable, but Air conditioner is old window system, we had some problem with thermostat, if is cold, you change temperature, como to hot...and some noice, we can't sleep good.

Last-minute booking for a 3-night stay. Hands down, the best asset of this hotel is the location: minutes from the beach, downtown, shopping, major highways — you name it. I was there over a busy holiday weekend, the place was packed, yet I never had trouble finding parking. Huge win. Now for the entertainment portion of my stay: I arrived to check in only to find the front desk agent asleep on the job — shoes off, catching some lobby Zzz’s. I guess customer service was dreaming too! Thankfully, management handled it, and on my last day, I met the lady assistant manager, who was incredibly kind and genuinely seemed to care. So, despite my hilarious check-in fiasco, I’m still giving this place a solid 4 out of 5. The staff (even when snoozing) is charming — it’s people like the lady assistant manager who make the difference. Heads up though: they definitely pull a bit of a bait and switch with housekeeping. I stayed 4 days/3 nights, and my room was cleaned only once—zero mention of this at booking, and nothing in the Bonvoy app either. Covid is over — daily service at a Courtyard should be the norm if that’s what I want. Just saying!

Plus - Front desk provided request for pullout bed and fresh towels. Negative - Free breakfast did not cover 3 adults only 2

Never checked and never stayed at the hotel and was defrauded of $154 They charge my card without authorization without me, presenting the card without me checking in or staying there They will be investigate it Look back in my records and this room was canceled more than a week ago and all of a sudden it popped up on my app this morning
