Hotel Indigo Naperville Riverwalk

This hotel is in the very best location for visiting Naperville. You are immediately on the riverwalk by a ton of restaurants and they actually have a nice venue on the top floor as well. There is a great view of the park from there and it's a short walk right next to the hotel. There is a ton of parking in the garage for hotel guests which is excellent since parking can be tricky in downtown Naperville. I was very happy with the size of the room and all the staff were helpful throughout our stay. If you are coming to Naperville for a weekend or an event definitely this is your best choice.

It is rare in my travels that I feel the staff actually enjoys working at the hotels I stay at. EVERYONE was a pleasure to speak with, and they all seemed to have a sense of pride in the work that they did. I asked for dining recommendations in the area, all were close, most walkable. I went to three different restaurants based on feedback from 2 staff members. They were great and exactly what I expected based on the information they gave me. Rooms were spotless and spacious. The bathroom looked like it was never used! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my coworkers and clients. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stayed one night while traveling on business in the area. Outstanding experience. The hotel's location is wonderful. It's located in downtown Naperville, right on the Naperville Riverwalk. This meant that within walking distance of the hotel was a wonderful place to go for a long walk or run for exercise (the riverwalk itself) and a large variety of shops and restaurants (downtown Naperville), including many local establishments. The room was great--stylish decor, a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom with a nice walk-in shower. Everything was in great condition and very clean. Internet was fast and free. The lobby area of the hotel was also a nice place, with some little nooks to sit and do some work. Parking was easy, in the garage attached to the hotel. Service at check-in was very welcoming and came with a nice explanation of the amenities and the local area. Top-notch experience; I would definitely return.

I didnt like all the charges for the river walk 25 dollars just to walk in it yet the public didnt pay 25 dollars to walk on it And then all the taxes for the river walk If i would of know i had to pay for the riverwalk to i would found a different hotel To top it all off breakfasts was not included And for 329 a night it was not that fancy i will not do that again The fees were ridiculously cheaper hotels offer free breakfast
