We had planned a special family vacation at this hotel to celebrate my father's 70th birthday—a meaningful occasion we were all looking forward to. Sadly, just before our trip, my mother suffered a sudden and serious stroke, forcing us to cancel our plans and focus on her urgent medical care. We immediately contacted the hotel, explained the situation in detail, and requested some form of consideration—whether a partial refund, credit, or even just a gesture of understanding. Despite the nature of this emergency, we received no response or acknowledgment, and absolutely no willingness to accommodate or even discuss the issue. We were not looking for special treatment—just a basic level of empathy in a truly difficult moment. The lack of compassion and customer care was incredibly disappointing, especially given the circumstances. This experience has left us deeply disheartened. I would urge anyone considering this hotel to be aware that if something goes unexpectedly wrong—especially something as serious as a medical emergency—you may be met with silence and zero support. We expected better.
