路過南陽就近找了家看着靠譜的酒店，結果到了後説我定訂的房間沒有了，要我補50改住木屋……這個應該是客户問你們的責吧為什麼竟然要客户承擔？説房間賣出去沒來及關就被我訂了，那可以馬上打電話讓我取消呀。等我晚上到了再説，還讓我補50，雖説低於了售價30，可總感覺怪怪的。我當時發燒開了一天長途眼都睜不開了衹想立馬躺下，還帶着父母，實在沒力氣計較。雖然質疑這個處理方式但這個4分的較滿意是客觀針對房間條件和前台妹妹的服務態度的。

服務員不願意多給礦泉水，得知有續住才給礦泉水。酒店就在飛機下降走廊，白天幾分鐘就有一架飛機降落，比較吵。一層餐廳早上不到六點就開爐灶排風扇，如果房間在餐廳上面，油煙味嗆人。
