We called customer service, and they told us to check out because there were no rooms available, or to move to a room downstairs that they had not liked. Finally we notified them to handle it, and they said their boss would come the next day to refund the price difference. We couldn't sleep until 3 a.m. that night, and finally we fell asleep because we were so sleepy that it was almost dawn. 酒店大堂乾淨寬敞明亮，前台還有免費的茶飲，服務很好，不僅熱情，服務效率高，入住退房手續都很快。
