Everything was good I recommend this place the employees were amazing.

Good stay at hotel Need to have variety in breakfast

First the good features of this hotel: buffet breakfast was very good. Shout out to breakfast manager Aracele for being very professional and helpful. The food at the Windsor Grille was delicious. Though the restaurant was short-staffed, the servers were very nice and tried hard. Though every hotel has repairs to keep up with to maintain itself, the condition of this hotel was, unfortunately, far from 4-star status and realistically reflective of the high reviews. Air conditioning was broken on multiple parts of the third floor hallway, air was hot and stuffy. There was a water leak from the hall ceiling near one of our rooms. My mother, who has a bad back and specifically booked a room with a whirlpool jet tub to help her recover after a long ride, arrived to find black mold in the tub hidden underneath tape, hidden underneath a bath mat, attempting to cover it all up (see picture). Disgraceful that they did not close off this room for occupancy and were still attempting to cash in on it from unsuspecting guests, not to mention it being a health hazard. The defect in the tub wouldn't have been so bad had the manager on duty, Lily, attempted to apologize and/or take any accountability whatsoever. Instead, my family was met with an eye roll, a condescending attitude, and an amazingly (un)generous offer to take $50 off the rate of the room. Front desk staff was also not particularly friendly, not even offering the famed "welcome chocolate chip cookies" the Doubletree brand is known for as a symbol of its hospitality (had to ask for it). Also had to ask for bottled waters, which didn't even come with the room. Overall, not impressed, quite offended, actually, and Hilton needs to do better than this if they're marketing their Doubletree brand as 4-star level hospitality.

We had a good stay at the Doubletree. Our room was clean and recently updated, and in a quiet hallway. The staff was professional and helpful, which is always appreciated. Parking is plentiful.
