Just one night on motorcycle trip. Great views, ok breakfast. The teapot was not cleaned, still had tea leaves. The room was not clean, but bed was clean. Great views, good enough.

This place is beautiful! Our room offers a lovely garden view, and the restaurant provides a stunning view of the mountain lake. There is an open common balcony with chairs and tables, along with a hot and cold water dispenser for guests to enjoy. While there is no air conditioning in the room, Nantou County's cooler mountain climate makes it comfortable. The bed is equipped with an electric warmer to ensure our comfort. The owner and staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage to our room. There is also a Filipino staff member who made our stay even more enjoyable. They offer unlimited hot coffee and hot chocolate, which is a wonderful perk. The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating; he even drove us to our next hotel. Thank you, Sir.🥰 Keep in mind that the hotel is situated uphill. If you don't have a car or any form of transportation, it's manageable to walk the 15 minutes downhill to the bus station, although it can be challenging with luggage. The return journey uphill can be tiring, making it less suitable for seniors. However, young people who enjoy hiking and don’t mind walking will likely appreciate the location. Buses are available to Cingjing Farm, the Swiss Garden, and other nearby tourist spots, but access is limited without your own car. If you do have one, you will truly enjoy this beautiful place! ❤️

This 民宿was very deep in and west facing so not ideal if you are planning to watch the sunrise. The room itself, one of the rooms floor was not levelled and had motion sickness stepping into and living in there. There were also millipede in 2 of 4 rooms booked but i think it is only naturally since CingJing is in the nature! Not too bothered. The hotel staff though,both the reception and the kitchen staff on breakfast shift, are so polite. And we are greeted by their house pet dog and cat. Though do expect that the kitchen staff can't speak/understand fluent Mandarin but basic mandarin and English is fine. Do bring your own water as the room does not have a kettle.

"For Non-Drivers: Navigating Transportation Can Be Tricky, but Exceptional Service and Spectacular Views Await" If you don't have access to a car, be prepared for a few transportation challenges. Walking to and from the bus stop to Cing Jing Farm can be a bit challenging, as there are no dedicated pedestrian pathways, and you'll be sharing the road with trucks and lorries. The nearest 711 convenience store is a considerable distance away, and I wouldn't recommend walking there due to safety concerns. On the plus side, the hotel's customer service is exceptional, particularly their prompt responses on LINE. They were incredibly helpful in answering my questions about navigating the sometimes confusing public transport system. One of the standout features is the breathtaking view from the balcony. On clear days, you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets, making it a fantastic spot to relax. While some guests have mentioned concerns about sound insulation, I personally didn't find it to be a major issue. However, it's worth noting that noise from neighboring rooms, especially if there are children, maybe more noticeable due to the wooden floors.

Nice place and good view from outside the room. Go in November so the weather is cold really like the weather. Own driving so go any place all convenient.

Since the bad weather at night, nothing can see in galaxies sky. But we’re recommended the nice restaurants nearby the place, taste good and excellent service.

Public transport is not really accessible, require to walk a long distance, around 10-30mins depending on the bus stop. Stay was great. You get a nice view living above the cloud.

Book during weekday. My dad and mum was no feeling well and we requested earlier check-in . Our room was not ready yet, they switch us to four people room. Appreciate it, tqtq

I won’t suggest for people who decided to go watch the sunrise to stay here, the hot water would be cut after midnight.

The villa is located on a hillside, with beautiful environment, basic facilities and inconvenient transportation.

The staff is very friendly, the room is large and clean, the food is delicious, and the location is very good. You can see the mountains and the stars at night. It is not far from Cingjing Farm and Wuling. I will come again next time~

This place is close to Cingjing Farm. It's the last one at the end. I was upgraded to a 4-person room (originally booked a 2-person room) when I arrived. The counter service was very friendly. The room was quite big. There was a popping sound all night, which sometimes appeared and sometimes disappeared. No wonder there were earplugs available at the counter. This was the only minor drawback. It was very quiet at night and I could hear the croaking of frogs. The scenery was beautiful during the day. It's worth coming again.
