Quite a pleasant stay. Services and breakfast were fantastic. There is live music and performance too. However, toilet a bit dirty. Still acceptable.

Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities for everyone! Hot spring in room was definitely an added bonus… Breakfast and Dinner buffets was one of the best I’ve had this trip with huge selection of quality produce. Thank you for an amazing restful trip!

Recently renovated, great indoor amenities that includes rock climbing, onsen, game room and children playground.

I booked two lake-view rooms at the Fleur De Chine Hotel on June 7th and had a wonderful stay. The views were stunning, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. A truly relaxing experience—highly recommended for anyone visiting Sun Moon Lake. I would return for Sure for more activities and longer stay 👍👍👍😁

Location is near a car road: good and bad if your windows face it. The dinner included was incredibly delicious. First hotel which allowed breakfast for the second time (understanding that the location is remote).

Nice and clean. Good overall facility with hot spring bath. Buffet dinner and breakfast has good varieties to satisfy the most fussy palate.

Great location but please be aware with the dinner booking time. Very touristy. Means they are not gonna see you again

The hotel is located on the sea side, the view is very nice. There is a bus station in front of the hotel. It's better to bring your own car to have the trip more convenient. If you ask for bikes, you might get the reply that it is better to rent the bike at Shuishe pier as it is too dangerous to use the road in front of the hotel. They don't seem to be very prepared for individual travellers. Breakfast and dinner are good and fresh, and you may find a lot of different dishes. The staff are friendly and kind, even if there are many who don't speak English.
