這個環境太差了，入住一拉開窗簾左邊一個檳榔袋，右邊一個礦泉水蓋，窗台玻璃全是灰，酒店是從來不打掃的嗎，這也太噁心了，第一次看有酒店不打掃。洗澡發現隔窗上不知道是哪位客人寫的字，洗完澡想吹頭髮，結果吹風機完全是壞的。早上想去吃飯，沒有喜歡的我就走了，結果那個大媽追出來罵人****。後來我出門的時候告訴前台這件事，前台問我是一個年紀大的女的嗎，説明這種事不是第一次發生了，出去後經理帶人過來道歉，關鍵道歉的內容是説我們聽錯了，嘴頭上輕飄飄幾句還打擾了我媽休息。好無語，這是我體驗過的最差的一次酒店。
