First of all, the order included welcome fruits and souvenirs, but they didn't give them to us. I don't know if they didn't know about the order or if the front desk service was too unprofessional. The front desk didn't tell us when we checked out, and we didn't want them either. It was terrible! I will never stay here again. The front desk service was really average, and the aunt who cleaned the room was quite enthusiastic.
