A good place to stay. Host is very friendly! They will prepare dinner and breakfast for you too

We stayed one night at this ryokan. As it was low season, we were given three huge ryokans. Dinner was sukiyaki with all organic vegetables n chicken fresh from their farms. Very generous portion. The place is clean n AC worked well. We had private onsen too.

We booked for 2 adult and 2kids, (listed clearly in the booking) but they only got a booking for 2 adult. (from the third party incoming book ( not trip.com) . We both feel confused. They asked for add money if we add 2 kids (they will provide additional bed and food) , but we refused. Finally we haven't add money and only have accommodation for 2 adults. Lady was nice even she confuse about the booking,(that's trip.com problem not their's ) food were good. only got heater in the room but not in corridor and toilet.

The hotel has a special shuttle bus to the station and Miyama tourist attractions, making it a great hotel for train tours and family trips.

Experience a very special traditional Japanese inn. The proprietress is talkative and neat. She can carry a huge plate up and down the stairs very smoothly. You can't tell that she is in her 50s. The plus point must be the hot spring! Private hot springs are not rare, but it is not common for a hotel to include the mountain in the private hot spring room! Very refreshing. I will come again if I have the chance!
