This lovely little hotel is located in the old city among a bustling market. It’s quiet when it’s time to sleep, though I must admit that I wasn’t sad knowing the rooster was about to meet its fate! Earplugs were beneficial when sleeping late. The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in ages. Air-conditioning works quickly and it’s easy to customise the temperature. Bathroom was clean and had a great shower. The staff are friendly and helpful, including taking me to the restaurant down the street where breakfast is served. They always checked if I had an umbrella and water. I would recommend this hotel.

價格親民的老牌“建陽大飯店”，裏面設施一點都不老，雖然沒有現代的小度小愛，但是實木傢俱整齊、適用、舒適，透着過去時代低調的奢華，一點都不覺得落伍，衞生間房間都很乾凈，雖在市中心，但是和住在政府大院一樣的，比較安靜，前台服務員素養很高，餐館工作人員也是很樸實禮貌，餐廳早餐還是不錯的，完全夠吃。下次到建陽還是會選國營的建陽大飯店。

帶老媽來武夷山，原來預訂的房間不適合長者，前台王經理得知後馬上查詢房源訊息，並第一時間向上級領導彙報，及時幫我們更換房間，門衞大哥和客房服務員還主動幫我們提行李，真的非常感謝。酒店位置很好，離麻陽溪很近，早餐在隔壁自助。我們住了三天，房間每天打掃得乾乾淨淨，不管遇見那個工作人員都笑臉相迎，客客氣氣，遇見你們很開心，離開酒店還送了一個非遺建盞紀念品，以後來南平還住你們家。

都是新的，房間比較安靜。院子內是較大的停車場，可以免費停車。大門外有很多美食街，吃飯比較方便，酒店離建盞一條街不遠，走路15分鐘就到了。房間價格也適中，關鍵是前台服務員比較熱情。我們從雲南一路到這裏，所住過的酒店，這家性價比算很高的。

出遊經過南平市，選擇了這家酒店。出乎意料是這麼大的酒店，復古風很氣派！前台的服務員熱情好客，分配的房間也大，雖處鬧市但夜晚很安靜。衞生間乾濕分離，雖然略顯舊些，但設施還是比較齊全，尤其洗澡水雨淋花灑出水量夠大。另外自駕停車也方便，很滿意，好評！
