Breakfast was quite delicious though not a lot of selections. Room was clean. Washer and dryer on level 4. Location was close to Nanning train station, 10min walk. Close to night market, convenient.

The young lady at the reception that check us in at 2.30 am on June 4th was fantastic. She is so kind, polite and helpful. Helping with a smile raven at 2.30am in the morning . Will recommend the owner to promote her . Was glad we were able to say good bye to her the next morning as she was on night duty for two nights in a row. Location of the hotel is about 10 min walk to Nanning railway station, room is clean and bed is comfortable

Great location. Close to metro, railway station and nice eatiries like my favourite soup.

Super satisfied... The location is central, walking distance to subway and city buses ... Plenty of eateries around... Night market and busy downtown are within walking distance. Hotel staffs are very polite, they provided prompt responses to any request we had during our stay... The AC, wifi in room work well, although the room size is small but well equipped. The breakfast was amazing, it's exceeded our expectations... We will stay here again should we have a chance to visit Nanning in the future.

This hotel is in a great location, close to lots of little local shops, but also the big malls, a local market, and a night food market, in Xiguan road, close to two useful metro lines and area was quiet at night. The staff were so helpful, using a translation app to ensure we understood each other. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choice. I loved Nanhu lake, line 1 and Qingxiushan, line 3.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, the front office lady was very nice and helpful. It is near by Chaoyang square, around 10 mins walk. The price is very reasonable.

The night market, pedestrian street and wholesale city are all around. You can choose to try it if you are traveling. The room is clean and the price is reasonable. It is recommended to stay and experience it!

Whether it is helping with luggage or answering various questions, they are very good. During my stay in the hotel, any small request can be responded to quickly. This kind of thoughtful service really makes people feel extra warm.

The waiter is very polite and gives two bottles of water for free. The hotel breakfast is also very satisfactory with a full range of varieties. There is a self-service laundry room and dryer. In short, I am very satisfied with this stay. If I come to Nanning next time, I will choose Xincai again.

I'm used to living here. The hotel environment is good. The newly renovated rooms are all new. The hygiene is worthy of praise. The service attitude is very good and the explanation is very detailed. I will choose here again in the future
