The room has a strange smell that comes from the corridor because the door was left open wide before I checked in. Fortunately after closing the door and opened the window the smell was gone.

Hotel overall was very good considering the price. It's in a very convenient location close to the train station and night market as well. The staff was very helpful. Even though they didn't speak English they were using a translator to explain everything. Breakfast was ok but not great. Typical Chinese version with none of the "western" options. To drink there was only soy milk. The only thing we didn't like was the smell in the room. There was an ash tray in the room and quite a strong smell of tobacco. Also in the toilet there was a bad smell coming from the ventilation.

It’s near Nanning Railway Station and the night market, other than those, all the rest will be 20-30 minutes travel via didi.

The room is clean and tidy. Front desk is also friendly. Hotel might look a little old, however rooms seem like upgraded recently. Easy access to subway and night market.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I had a fantastic stay at Xincai Hotel in Nanning. The location is extremely strategic—close to everything, including one of the best night markets just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the receptionists were very helpful and welcoming. Everything was great, though it would have been even better if there was a fridge in the room. Still, I 100% recommend this hotel for its value, convenience, and excellent service.

Extremely small room, but convenient location only 10mins away from the railway station. Cleanliness is quite sub-par honestly, I found hairs in the bed and in the drains. Also, we stayed on the 11th floor, but the elevator only goes to the 10th floor for some reason... Extremely nice front desk though, very accommodating with the checkout time and luggage storage is also free there. There was sometimes a very strong smoke smell in the room and on that floor.

Breakfast was quite delicious though not a lot of selections. Room was clean. Washer and dryer on level 4. Location was close to Nanning train station, 10min walk. Close to night market, convenient.

The staff are very helpful. The room was very nice; clean and comfortable, a great bathroom with perfect shower.

Basic hotel that's close to the train station. Great for travellers who are just travelling through. Staff do not speak English but they try their best to help. Front counter is available 24 hours.

The young lady at the reception that check us in at 2.30 am on June 4th was fantastic. She is so kind, polite and helpful. Helping with a smile raven at 2.30am in the morning . Will recommend the owner to promote her . Was glad we were able to say good bye to her the next morning as she was on night duty for two nights in a row. Location of the hotel is about 10 min walk to Nanning railway station, room is clean and bed is comfortable

Great location. Close to metro, railway station and nice eatiries like my favourite soup.

Super satisfied... The location is central, walking distance to subway and city buses ... Plenty of eateries around... Night market and busy downtown are within walking distance. Hotel staffs are very polite, they provided prompt responses to any request we had during our stay... The AC, wifi in room work well, although the room size is small but well equipped. The breakfast was amazing, it's exceeded our expectations... We will stay here again should we have a chance to visit Nanning in the future.
