From its prime location and excellent room facilities to the outstanding staff service, everything left a great impression. A special shout-out to **Vivi Wei** at the front desk for her incredibly thoughtful service! First off, the hotel's location is superb. It's right next to the Convention & Exhibition Center, making transportation very convenient and ideal for both business travelers and tourists. What was even more delightful was that the bustling **Langxi Night Market** is just a **5-minute walk** away. In the evenings, we could indulge in local snacks and experience Nanning's vibrant nightlife. Additionally, there's a **foot massage parlor** right downstairs – after a long walk at the night market, a foot massage offered instant relaxation. It truly was a perfect little treat during our trip! What truly impressed me most during this stay was the warm and proactive service from **Vivi Wei** at the front desk. She not only **upgraded our room** but also **offered a complimentary children's breakfast**, ensuring our little one could also enjoy a hearty meal. Such attention to detail and personalized service made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for, genuinely demonstrating the hotel's appreciation for its guests. Regarding the room, it was **spacious and bright**. The bedding was comfortable, and facilities were comprehensive. The overall cleanliness was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was **rich and varied**, offering both Chinese delicacies like dim sum, congee, and noodles, as well as Western options such as bread and fruits. The taste was excellent, satisfying both adults and children alike. In conclusion, this stay was extremely enjoyable. Both the facilities and service exceeded our expectations. **Vivi Wei's** thoughtful arrangements, in particular, made our entire family feel genuinely at home.
