Hanting Premium Hotels in Nanning

We had a Business Executive room which was very large with a view of the Yong Jiang river. There was a King bed, 4 waters daily, fridge, 2 sofas, desk, TV, nightstands, good size bathroom with 2 showers and one tub. The TV only had one English station CGTN. The hotel is close to the river walk. The breakfast was excellent, however almost the same every day. Also, it was extremely busy between 7:30 - 9 AM. Housekeeping was excellent. This hotel is not good for English speaking visitors, only chinese speaking. They seem to cater to groups coming for meetings. My wife speaks chinese, otherwise it would be impossible to communicate with the hotel staff. The location is not great, not any good restaurants close. We were there in April and it was 90 degrees and the pool was CLOSED until May, this was very disappointing.

As soon as I entered the hotel, I was shocked by the fresh flowers and Christmas decorations in the lobby. The buffet breakfast offers all kinds of Guangxi specialties, and the Western pastries are also made very carefully. Here you can definitely feel the freedom of breakfast that combines Chinese and Western styles. What surprised me most was that there was even Gongcheng oil tea. The service speed and details of the restaurant staff are beyond reproach. The starry sky bar on the 52nd floor is super friendly for taking photos. The fully open outdoor space does not have to worry about the reflection problem through the glass. The picture quality and color are superb!

The location is excellent, right next to Wanda Plaza, so it is very convenient for eating, shopping and traveling. The hotel room is big enough, well decorated and has a cloakroom. I like it. It's clean and hygienic. I am a member of Wanda Hotel and the front desk upgraded me to the executive floor and gave me breakfast. I was very satisfied. You can have Nanning’s old friends noodles for breakfast, with a complete range of Chinese and Western dishes. Ms. Yuki from Mandarin Angel is very nice! Next time I come to Nanning, I will stay at Wanda Vista!

Walking distance to wuxu airport and bullet train Wifi barely works, hotel shops were closed T3 airport being built and was some noise 24Hrs First 2 rooms smelt of wet carpet from the floods but hotel staff allowed us to choose another room to our satisfaction

The hotel located next to a big shopping mall and it have plenty of restaurants in it and there is a subway right inside the mall, excellent location. However the room is a bit warm and the central aircon is very weak.

From the first impression, Hampton by Hilton Nanning Jiangnan has some characteristics that the Hampton by Hilton brand should have, but in actual experience, there are also some areas that need to be improved. When arriving at the hotel, the lobby is modern and bright, the staff greeted us warmly, and the check-in process was efficient. The overall layout of the hotel is relatively reasonable, and the facilities in the public areas look brand new and well maintained. Walking into the hotel room, the space layout is relatively comfortable, and the quality of the bedding has reached the consistent level of Hampton by Hilton, which is soft, clean and tidy, allowing people to relax quickly during a tiring journey. The furniture and facilities in the room are also relatively complete, and the TV, air conditioning and other equipment can be used normally, providing basic convenience for guests. However, there are obvious problems in terms of hygiene. There is some dust accumulation in the corners, and the floor and corners of the bathroom can also see stains that have not been thoroughly cleaned, which should not appear for a hotel that aims at high-quality service. Hampton by Hilton usually impresses guests with its unique fragrance, but in the room of this hotel, the iconic fragrance was not smelled. This small omission greatly reduces the experience of the entire room, lacking the elements that can instantly make people recognize the characteristics of the Hilton Hampton brand. In terms of catering, the hotel has a rich variety of breakfast. There are both local specialties, such as various rice noodles, and Western breakfasts suitable for guests with different tastes, such as bread and fried eggs. The service staff in the restaurant are also more positive and can clean the table and replenish food in time. The overall attitude of the hotel's service staff is good, and they can respond relatively quickly when guests make requests. For example, when additional towels or toiletries are needed, the staff will deliver them to the room in time. However, some details of service can be further improved. For example, when guiding guests to public areas such as restaurants or gyms, the use and opening hours of related facilities can be introduced in more detail. The hotel's geographical location is more convenient for guests in Jiangnan District, with convenient transportation around and close to some commercial centers and dining places. This makes it more convenient for guests to travel or find food. In general, the Hilton Hampton Nanning Jiangnan has its advantages, such as better bedding, rich breakfast, enthusiastic service staff and convenient geographical location. However, hygiene issues and the lack of the brand's unique fragrance are flaws that cannot be ignored. I hope the hotel can pay attention to these issues and improve them, so that the value of the Hilton Garden Inn brand can be better reflected and guests can be provided with a better and more complete accommodation experience.

A really nice hotel to stay in nanning with a beautiful view of nanning, we had the corner room had views of the main road, the size of the rooms are big enough for two people, has all the amentities of what you expect from a four star hotel, iron and ironing boards, coffee machine, large tv, bath tub and shower. there is also an swimming pool and gym you can use.

It’s about 10km from downtown, approx 30 min taxi ride. We chose it cuz it was a stopover and close to the airport. The room smelled like funky feet and stale cigarette smoke, and we complained and immediately got switched to another room, which was better but still little smelly. But staff is really well trained, polite and friendly! Overachieving to please. Breakfast was pretty good, great variety and selection, quality was okay. But super value for price. The polite staff is their redeeming quality in my opinion.
