民宿在景區裏面，入住需要購買門票90元/人，如果風景好，買了門票是限流，當然值得！但是，門口是遊步道，上午不斷有導遊戴着擴音器，領着一批又一批的遊客經過，吵得很。旁邊的土樓，一座可以進去的，但是上樓要錢；另外兩座不能進去的，有住民在門口收費，所以不花錢根本參觀不了。雲水謠這個景區，來玩就是走走河邊石子路，看看大樟樹，我聽導遊説，最有名的就是8棵大樟樹。漳州土樓那麼多，沒必要來雲水謠，純商業化景點。民宿自營飯店也不乾淨，雖然給住客打折，但飯是長米蟲的。民宿前面是遊步道，後面是主幹道馬路，可想而知得多熱鬧。

入住園廬，家人住隔壁兩間（山、水），位於二樓，窗外看出去就是兩座土樓，風景和環境特別好，我們晚上抵達順便在民宿的飯店吃晚餐，原本擔心太晚了感謝老闆還回來幫我們料理，非常好吃！店家服務好，熱情友善。門口可停車，但因恰逢修路需停在對面土樓前。
晚上非常安靜清幽，適合散散步，沿着河邊看百年榕樹與土樓遺跡～到了早上即變成熱鬧的商店街，有許多攤販，早晚各有不同風情。
早餐是中式稀飯配菜、地瓜玉米饅頭豆漿等，豐盛可口。
民宿房間的設計感很好，這次訂了三個房間，每個房間都有榻榻米坐席與茶具組，可免費品嚐茶葉，早上坐在此處觀賞窗外風景與土樓特別愜意。
但不太習慣浴室透明玻璃設計，淋浴間的水漬可能因材質無法刷掉，影響整體美觀有點可惜，但有附馬桶坐墊非常加分！感覺有重視衞生。
整體是舒服的入住體驗，衞生佳，價格合理，環境優美，推薦至雲水謠遊玩的旅客入住👍
