民宿在小溪邊，有個院子可以停車。房間挺大的，樓下還有秋千、桌椅。白天除了遊土樓，可以沿着溪邊走走，對面有個大水車。我們是過年期間去的，晚上在溪邊放煙花。夏天的話，小孩子肯定更喜歡，可以玩水。早餐有稀飯、饅頭、鹹菜，煎雞蛋特別好吃。

地理位置很好，在塔下村裡，晚上可以在村裡散步。
院子寬敞有充電樁（快充+慢充），很適合自駕的朋友居住。院子裏還有搖椅和凳子，可以在院子休閑。
房間比較潮濕，被罩看着乾淨，但是裡邊的被芯有明顯的污點。

衞生：整體還不錯，但是在山裡，所以房間床品會有點潮，太注意衞生的人可能接受不了
環境：走出民宿院子就可以欣賞塔下村的美景
設施：有自己的小院子，自駕停車方便，但是春假五一國慶假期期間私家車應該是不能開進村裡
服務：前台接待的張姐很熱情友好的介紹了遊玩路線。

房間一股黴味，而且衞生堪憂，設施陳舊，不過這個價格也不能要求太高了，我們也就晚上落個腳而已。民宿位於景區內，附近有飯店，但早餐幾乎找不到吃的地方，隨便買了包方便麪解決了。

老闆人客氣非常好，停車方便、最主要有蔚來的快慢充電樁，整體還不錯，這個價格在當地方來説還是比較良心了，房間和衞生間一般般畢竟價格在這裏，還是不錯的。強烈推薦
唯一缺點就是空調不給力噪音大

熱水供應不足，等了一晚上都沒熱水，最後衹能沒洗澡就睡了，住了幾十年酒店（含民宿）算是在這裡頭一回碰上了，次日退房時要求開發票，店家也説沒有。
