#隔音不好 #圖片與實物不符合 #衞生比較差 #房間有異味 。 廣大的旅遊人員朋友，這個酒店是黑店，搶錢打人的黑店，老闆和一家人都不是好人，面相非常的差，重來沒有見過這麼令人噁心的面相。 網絡上定的房間300元，然後到酒店就説沒有這個房間，然後要加60元變成360元去看另外的房間。360元的這個房間的樓頂是木板隔層，上層樓板在走路，聲音非常大，像地震一樣，根本睡不了，我們不滿意這個房間，然後給我們帶到民房，民房什麼都沒有，牙刷，毛巾，吹風機，杯子，水都沒有，頂多100元的價格。最後面也沒有給我們補錢或者退錢給我們。 後面還要強制給我們定土樓的票，我們説不用定，然後就開始微信罵人了。

總的體驗是小馬雲夫妻倆過於市儈，失去了農村人的淳樸，厚道。服務也不行，房間的門有縫隙，晚上透光。

住過的最差的客棧，太差太差太差了明明預訂的是情侶房，結果客棧老闆給安排的特別偏僻的雙床房。整個院子破破爛爛，荒無人煙。本來就定好的兩間情侶房，老闆私自給換了2個雙床。床特小，被子也很薄，兩個人擠在一張床蓋兩個被子。樓梯口沒有燈，且樓梯非常危險。房間內無熱水，熱水器也是擺設，不出熱水，衞生間洗面台無熱水無鏡子，廁所那裡還不停滴水，半夜上廁所水滴濺身上。插座也是壞的，早上走的早沒看房，太**了，樓梯連燈都壞了，打的手機電筒。房間的老式空調也壞的，家人被凍感冒。

這家店真的挺無語的，到了那邊，老闆是手工登記記錄的，我們去的時候定了兩個房間，一個家庭房一個情侶房，結果老闆在那算了半天，説房間不夠了。最後給我們安排到一個他親戚的婚房，説新裝修沒人住的。我們也比較好説話，過去後發現沒有空調，電視，網絡，也沒有洗漱用品

這家客棧房間環境尚可，但設施比較陳舊，且距離景區較遠，樓下餐廳的消費也十分高昂。因為老闆長相酷似馬雲，所以客棧便取名為“小馬雲” 。

客棧離和貴樓很近，走路10分鐘就能到，家庭房裡的投影幕布很有氛圍感，還有一張吊椅孩子很喜歡！老闆一家非常友善。

房間環境不錯，熱水要等半小時，老闆家人比較熱情自己泡製de果子酒不錯味道，飯菜尚可，價格不低，椒鹽特色小魚量有點少，價格挺高？
