房間很小，我26寸的行李箱都不能打開，衹能塞過道，衞生間很簡陋，水很大但是花灑太水，建議更換！房間不隔音，半夜一點多了樓上走路咚咚咚吵得沒法睡覺。
但是這個名宿位置很好，就在大水車旁邊，景區精華位置。她們家也可以吃飯，2樓平台邊吃飯邊看夜景很好。老闆人很好，走的時候靴子忘了拿老闆還給送出來。

酒店地理位置優越，位於景區中央，水車旁邊，可以看溪景，隨便一拍都很出片。前台服務小姐姐很友善，會出來帶路會幫忙提行李箱。酒店設施很齊全，內設餐館，可以直接在二樓亭台餐廳邊吃飯邊欣賞雲水謠景色，很是推薦。

二層的院子，自帶餐館，在村子的中間，二樓的餐廳可以俯瞰溪水和古樹。離大水車10米。老闆人特別好，入住時騎電動車去6路車下車點接我，走時還領我在6路車站陪我等公交車。

首先民宿位置在雲水謠景區中間位置，去懷遠樓或者和貴樓都比較遠，節假日自駕會比較難停車，可以選擇搭電瓶車或者摩託車，花小錢省力氣遊玩，民宿的位置好的地方就是靠近水車和大榕樹，不好的地方就是太熱鬧了，水車附近的遊客放煙花，唱ktv鬧騰到凌晨，雖然可以看免費煙花，但睡眠不好的慎重選擇。
我們入住當天，有其他房客發生家庭爭執，晚上十一點十二點大吵大鬧，但不見民宿有管理人員協調，非常影響我們的休息，甚至因為一開始不知道發生什麼事情，聽到有人大叫救命，小孩睡着也嚇哭了，希望民宿可以改善一下服務。

老闆人很好，提前打電話提醒如何方便找到，離店當日打不到車，老闆也一直幫忙各種聯繫，飯菜也很可口，客棧設計復古風格，設施乾淨衞生，很不錯了，客棧位置很好，門前就是水車石橋，二樓公共觀景台視野很不錯，品美食觀河景，看熙熙攘攘人流也很不錯。
