酒店環境和設施挺齊全的，但是作為一個度假酒店，可能不缺客流的，服務方面從前台到房務都不怎麼樣表現出一股不耐煩，首先下車開到大堂門口停車場，並沒有人幫忙提行李，這個可以暫且忽略不計。登記入住的時候前台小哥在接遊客諮詢電話，從頭到尾一直把我們晾在一邊沒説一句話，不應該先接待客人嗎或者有個迴應。其次是房間床頭有蜘蛛網。退房的時候説去温泉那邊再拍個外景照，我覺得我們入住過拍照應該是沒什麼問題的，前台一個小姐姐打量了一番覺得我們像是來蹭照的，説退房了就是不能去，我們報了入住名字她也説不行退房了就不可以去了。然後另一個小姐姐還是幫我們查了名字核實後讓我們進了，但是態度依然不怎麼樣。衹能説作為這麼大一個度假酒店，這種服務態度真的是……十分堪憂，連一個基本的禮貌都沒有

按金300，後有扣款也未見説明。電話詢問，才知曉房間裏的泡澡膜要收費28元，對於扣費行為不主動説明備註的服務，很不滿，對於必要用品要收費，提示不醒目，不滿意。

位置有點偏，設施設備達四星水平，床品舒適，温泉景美人少，但周邊沒有什麼玩的，泳池沒開，孩子們有點悶。整體滿意。

酒店整體無論環境還是設施都是不錯的，但是一個小細節毀滅了我對酒店的好印象。那就是酒店配的拖鞋鞋底太滑了，温泉酒店不可避免要泡温泉，這雙鞋底抹油的爛拖鞋害得我兩天摔了兩次，手臂擦傷了，手機差點摔報廢。酒店就不能配個防滑的拖鞋嗎？大家注意看一下，鞋底沾水真的太滑了。

酒店還是挺新的，裝修得很漂亮，出行碰上下雨但房間裏有私湯，也不影響好心情，真棒！晚餐在酒店吃的，菜品不多也不好吃，早餐也是，希望在這方面進一步提升。

就是山裡有個温泉酒店，青山綠水環境好，温泉池不算太多，不過房間有私池可以泡，所以還是不錯的。孩子生日前台送了個小禮物，孩子很開心謝謝。唯一缺點房間有小蟲子，像有翅膀的螞蟻。餐廳的出品也不錯，好吃的。

地理位置得天獨厚，温泉也是十分不錯，整體滿意，唯一就是因為酒店在山裡，沒什麼吃的，也叫不到外賣，距離市區有半個多小時的路，最好是帶好食物進山
