There are many shops around the station Chika and it is very convenient. I would say the rooms and services are average. Staff were friendly.

Ik heb een telefonische booking gedaan op basis van een offer op de accor site voor ibis nancy centre gare voor 117 euro. Bij aankomst blijkt hij 170 gerekend te hebben. Medewerkers Daniel en Perrin doen geen enkele moeite om het misverstand te begrijpen. Dat vindt ik bijzonder pijnlijk ze geven hun eigen bedrijf de schuld, dragen geen verantwoordelijkheid en zoeken niet naar oplossingen. Dit zou wenselijk zijn. Verder werkt de lift niet en alles oogt aftands.

Hotel well located just opposite the train station. No parking, but the one at the station next door is very good. On the other hand, the room is small and very dark. A very small window overlooking a wall a few meters away. And a musty smelling bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good for one night, but no more.

Quiet, acceptable comfort, clean and functional. But disadvantageous value for money. Too expensive. There are many much better offers in Nancy for less than 100 euros per night (single). No blackout shutters, the curtains let light through which may bother some people.

J ai passé une nuit tout était très bien chambre très propre et calme personnel agréable et sympathique et petit déjeuner également très bien je recommande cette établissement et je suis surpris de certains commentaires moi en tout les cas tout s est bien passé

I've been going there every year for 5 years. In decay. No maintenance. And above all, I wake up with a hundred pimples. Bed infested with bedbugs! Reception: no reaction. “Ah, we’re going to change your room.” No apology, no measures to disinfect my belongings, no compensation. I can't sleep anymore (pimples that itch all night despite antihistamines and cortisone cream). Ok it can happen anywhere but the reaction is shameful! To flee !

Localisation optimale, hôtel très agréable. Les chambres "suite" sont parfaites pour un séjour vraiment confortable, au tarif ibis. Bravo à toute l'équipe, vous faites un travail fantastique, je ne chercherai pas ailleurs quand je reviendrai sur Nancy :)
