"The worst stay I've ever had. This hotel has seriously deceived consumers. I have successfully booked a family room (1 queen bed + 1 double bed) on Ctrip. When I checked in, the front desk downgraded it to 1 queen bed + 1 sofa without any explanation or notification. When I arrived at the room, I found that it could not accommodate three people. I naively thought that the front desk had made a mistake and selected the wrong room type. When I went to the front desk again to change back to a family room, I was told that the family room was fully booked and they could not change it to a standard room (which could not accommodate three people). When the front desk guy reported this to his supervisor, I learned that the hotel knew in advance that the family rooms were overbooked, but there was no remedial measure or explanation. They just secretly changed the room type when checking me in. If the consumer hadn’t noticed, would they have been fooled like this? Finally, after repeatedly asking for instructions from my superiors, I was given a standard room (with a strong smell of cigarettes) and a single room. Honesty is the most important thing when running a business. How long can it last if consumers are fooled like this? I hope that future customers who check in will carefully check whether the room they booked has been downgraded inexplicably."
