酒店整體環境不錯，服務周到，我們定的帶露台的房間，晚上坐在露台上吃點東西很舒服，露台的燈光較弱，管家想多種辦法幫我們解決問題，態度很積極。

五星級酒店，泳池還在修，管理也不到位。前台服務很慢，衞生打掃也不乾淨，早餐在五星酒店裡算很差的，而且早餐服務也跟不上，五一客流量大，很多食物沒了也不能及時補上，員工不夠專業。
