Good location, would like to specially thank 小陈管家 for her amazing hospitality and her thoughtfulness towards hotel guest, she never fails to make us feel welcome and her bright smile is always genuine! Hotel is clean and comfy, the service from the housekeeping staff is good as well ☺️

The most satisfied hotel for my trip, the room is spacious, comfy and had everything that we could needed, like cloth detergent, cleansing oil, face cleanser, they provided the laundry service. The staff 金琪 and 涂涂is very helpful, they help extend the check out hour. I had a few parcel shipped to the hotel, but the alley was too dark, 涂涂is helping to collect, even this is not in her job scope, very appreciated.

Best hotel in the world.💥 Well, I haven't been to every hotel in the world, but I've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and this one is my absolute favorite. I can never recommend this hotel enough. Their service is better than I've seen anywhere and the staff is beyond friendly! We stayed here for three weeks a year ago, and they all still remember us! The laundry service is unheard of in any other place. You place your dirty clothes in a basket in front of your door, and LATEST the next day it's returned, your clothes clean and ironed. The restaurant is open all day, and you can either order food or eat for free small snacks (drinks, fruits, congee, biscuits....). At 10 pm there is the evening meal, where you get a big bowl of noodles (you can choose the noodles and the sauce). The buffet breakfast is very generous with a lot of choices. Every evening, someone passes by the room to hand out yogurts. The check-out is at 2 pm...! Has anyone seen that anywhere else?! When you come back to the hotel after a day out, the staff will greet you with a "Welcome home." Truly love this hotel!

Excellent service by polite and smiling staff throughout the hotel, huge room, spotlessly clean, great breakfast, complimentary afternoon tea good enough for lunch and sumptuous supper. Welcome gift and another departure gift thrown in. Couldn't ask for more for such an affordable price. Highly recommended.

My room air-conditioning was too loud and needed repair. Very friendly and charming front desk staff. This hotel offers good snacks and breakfast makes it popular. I mentioned the fruit was not washed well to the breakfast manger...she just called the woman in charge loudly in front of all the guests eating. It's not a professional act.
