Atour Hotel Nanchang Honggutan Greenland Central Park

The room was so, so small. The washbasin was at the door, which was very inconvenient. It was like a convenient hotel. There were two buildings under construction at the door. I don't know why I chose this place. The transportation was not convenient, there was no food, and the toilet was extremely smelly. Since I only stayed in Nanchang for one night, I returned to the hotel in the middle of the night, so I was too lazy to communicate with the staff. I really don't recommend it!

The service provided by Xiao Xia and Xiao Chu at the front desk was very good. Tea was served at check-in. The facilities were very good and complete. The bedding was very comfortable. However, there was a construction site outside and the parking lot was not well prepared, which was not very convenient. Everything else was good. I will consider coming next time.

The breakfast was delicious, the facilities and equipment were complete, the air conditioning was great, and the warm water was great. I will choose Atour front desk next time. Xiaoxia and Xiaoqi provide great service.

The hotel service is terrible. I called the front desk and told them that the washing machine was out of detergent. I went down to check it myself for half an hour, but no one cared. The second time I asked them to tell their staff to come and deal with it.
