來南昌旅遊，下了機場，就近選擇了一家這樣的酒店。規格、裝修、檔次還有人員服務都很不錯，房間特別寬敞乾淨。是我所有住過酒店中面積算是非常大的。下次還會選擇入住這家酒店，體驗感不錯

聽管家姐姐説，這家酒店是旗艦店，感覺確實實至名歸。大廳打卡區的設計獨特，房間給我第一感覺寬敞整潔特別明媚，床躺着很舒適，天花板燈帶形狀像鑽石。酒店的整體氛圍感不錯，有人氣生機的感覺。還有，這家酒店的生椰拿鐵真的超級好喝，期待他家出更多新品。

房間空間比較大，衞生也比較好。隨房贈送的每日水果好評。有地下停車庫，樓上有洗衣房。隔壁就是天虹超市，買東西吃飯也比較方便。美中不足的是淋浴間外面沒有辦法放置乾衣。

南昌近兩年作為旅遊城市真的是火了，但是住進這家酒店真的讓我的體驗值跌到谷底。晚上洗澡時鎖了衞生間門，結果就打不開，被鎖在淋浴間。然後就打電話給前台，結果就是被工作人員一直説：你不該鎖這個門，沒人會鎖衞生間的門，你要這樣我也沒話説諸如此類的話，一直找我們的問題。洗澡鎖門有什麼問題，這不是我的自由嗎？洗完澡水汽很重，在裏面一久根本就無法呼吸，外面很大的框框砸門，還夾雜着服務人員一直抱怨你不該鎖門。服務人員説之前就有人被鎖過所以我不該鎖，一直指責。可是並沒有任何警示標來提醒我們不該鎖門，我想請問這不就是説明存在安全隱患嗎？？？為什麼要消費者來承擔？？？如果衹是單純被鎖打不開，出來也不會這麼生氣，結果一直在吐槽指責我們，現場還跟我們吵架擺臉色，我們説要投訴才來道歉？體驗真的很差！！
