I stay in hotels every day when I travel on business, usually at Seasons. This hotel is the worst one.
1. You have to wait to go to the front desk, and ask the waiter to check the room first (shouldn't this be done in advance?)
2. After taking a shower, the shower room leaks into the bathroom.
3. The shower head leaks.
4. For breakfast, the tea eggs are dry and cracked.

There are hairs on the bed. The gap in the door is too big and the wind is very noisy. If you are concerned, you can call the front desk to fix it. It is close to the test site. The room is close to the road. I want to change to a worse room. The price will increase. If I want to check out later at noon, I have to pay extra. I can't stand it. This All Seasons Hotel is getting worse and worse. I've been staying here for a few days and they didn't put my toothbrush there for a few days. I asked the front desk for one and they said I'd wait two or three minutes. But it didn't come up after 10 minutes. Then I called again and they said they sent it to the wrong room. It's outrageous. I was in a hurry to go to work in the morning and didn't even brush my teeth. It was a terrible experience.
